Lilliput is from Gulliver's Travels, pretty sure. The little people who tie him down or whatever. I believe they were Lilliputians.

Dwarf makes sense even though I think they were just small people and not really dwarves.

Then, since it's a place, I guess it's a flip between Canada and Turkey? Unless there's something else to the story that I'm missing.

I know of him and the movie, and of David Cassidy and the Partridge Family, but I haven't really watched either

Canada - pretty sure just America, but this is a neighbor so always a possibility?
Casino - maybe David Cassidy performances; maybe the outlaw liked to gamble
Charge - charging on horses after the train? getting charged with crimes? but this was 2nd on list so why not unlimited if this is ours?
Dice - maybe he liked to gamble? but casino would seem better then?
March - maybe he died in March? would be pretty risky if that's the reason
Satellite - watch the movie and Partridge Family on satellite; this is part of the title of a movie, so could very well be ours
Shoe - don't think so
Smuggler - probably
Snowman - not ours from no n-1

trains are cars attached to each other, so maybe that's it? or maybe it's one of the others

we need 3 and so if he did Cassidy - unlimited we'd know that's not for 1 + 2 makeups and it's for 2 + charge, so I don't think we can guess charge here...and not snowman due to no n-1

I don't love Canada/Turkey because they are places that other team is considering

He did go Cassidy over Sundance or Butch; could be to hit David Cassidy or could be because Sundance is a film festival and Butch is Bruce Willis in Pulp Fiction and probably other characters named Butch as well
