It's BYOAI, so it just depends on how much you use it. You're charged by the provider, not us.

DH3: Does the MDA tab include data from Heroes? If so having the ability to exlclude an alias or playernames for that purpose seems important because otherwise hero data is the majority of many stats and 'population' insights are more like personal insights.

Yes, hero data is excluded, of course. It also removes any alias data you have set.

I don't know the exact amounts, but it's not via a pro account. It's w/ their API token system. It's pretty cheap. I think roughly $5 per 500-1k hands.

No. It's tailored prompting to your games, and then the data is parsed and formatted back into DH3. It's specifically saying things like discuss this hand as if you're top professional poker player based on X stakes, game format, etc... and then also having it analyze and provide multi-layered line advice from a GTO and exploitative perspective so you can understand the differences in each decision. I think one of the screenshots above actually shows some of this.

Summary:
If you purchase DH2 from today until DH3 official release, you will get a free upgrade to DH3. Anyone who purchased previous to that within the last 6 months of DH3 release, will get a 50% off coupon if they wish to upgrade when the official release occurs. DH3 will be increasing in pricing slightly, but also Holdem and Omaha are included together now. After the official release of DH3, DH2 will still be in active development for site fixes / issues for 1 more year.

So if you have been a loyal customer for years you are gonna get ****ed and have to pay the full upgrade price because you know those loyal guys aren't going anywhere, while the new ones get a discount. Seems fair (not).

I don't think we've ever functioned that way. Drivehud 2 is still going to be in development, so it will still be usable for quite some time. Most people will be getting a 50% off upgrade option if they want to go to DH3. If you purchased before that timeline, then just reach out to support. We've always been reasonable about our pricing and upgrades. We've kept DH2 pricing low for years and don't push people until upgrades, or run gimmicky sales, or anything of that sort. That's how we plan to continue, and good development only happens when people continue to support and purchase.

Hi, are you guys still working out the kinks for CoinPoker support?
I seem to be having alot of issues with DriveHud2 just freeze the HUD data on some MTTs.
Will trying the new Beta 3 resolve some of these issues?

Hi. I decided to try HD3. I created a few custom stats, but I can’t verify whether the sample/selection is correct. Where can I test my custom stat specifically?
I’d like to see that the hands included in my formula are actually the ones I intended. For example, if it’s an open raise stat, I don’t want limped pots to be included.

I figured out how to implement it, but I want to make sure I didn’t make a mistake

I would also like to see a test data base where you could check out custom stats. It would probably be a pain to create, but it would be useful. Maybe DH could create a limited data base and then slowly add to it.

There's been several updates to coin over the last 2 weeks. As far as I know it's working just fine now. Not sure which version you've tried, but grab the latest in here, and if you still do have any issues, just sent a log from the support icon please.

I know there was a specific MTT update in the last build, and I don't see any outstanding tix on it anymore. The only thing that's still an issue is the downloaded hands, and that's primarly because errors coin still needs to address. But I think they've already started doing that as well.

Ok, ty. I thought the clear all was already addressed, and I am aware of the font size. It has to do w/ previously built HUDs where the space isn't available for the font so it created a new line. I'll check w/ the dev team about it again. ty
