That guy's weight loss journey probably would have made for more interesting content than whatever he was putting out there for that year, but at the end nobody would care because there would be no shocking reveal. You need a shocking reveal.

But how do you demonstrate that you're no longer insane, in a way that shocks the viewer?

I don't watch any youtubers but there's some youtuber who is getting buzz because he gained a bunch of weight and then lost all the weight but kept the weight loss secret and regularly released pre-recorded youtubes over the year+ that he was losing weight, and then bam one day all of a sudden he's back to normal

I want to do a similar thing but for mental health. One day I'll just suddenly start posting very normally and healthily, and it'll be a big reveal that I was only pretending to be insane while behind the scenes I was strengthening my mind and focusing on becoming more sane, in secret.
