Just wondering what the thoughts are on D. Wicks as being the #1 waiver target this week?
I know he had a huge target game with 13 in week 4, but Love only went to him 3 times in week 1. I'm just not sure if he is worth using a waiver priority on. I added Doubs last week. I feel that Doubs and Wicks could take turns as the #2 or even #1 target in Green Bay.
So far this season, the only player that I've gone strong on for waivers is JK Dobbins. Jordan Mason wasn't available for week 1 waivers. Buck
I put 100% of my remaining faab budget on wicks in both faab leagues I’m in (71/100 and 140/300) and I used #1 and #3 ww in my ypls on him.
He has been able to earn very healthy target shares when he’s played, he should be on the field a ton now, GB should have a strong offense, Watson should be out a while/be brought back slowly, and Wicks could have a chance to consolidate the role
That’s the upside case - here’s the risk: Watson comes back in a few weeks, the packers keep the same rotation but
In all 3 of the first 3 weeks wicks was 4th in snap counts among WRs on GB (all around 50% of snaps). They haven't put watson on IR which I believe means GB doesn't think he will be out more than 3 weeks.
As a GB fan I don't think he is the kind of player I am bidding high on and definitely not emptying the clip for him.
In my two leagues where Wicks was available, one is an 8 man league with continuous rolling waivers where I prioritized Njoku. The other is the same league where jimmy fired 140/300. We only start 2WRs and a flex. I already have Deebo, JSN, Worthy, BTJ, Terry, and Kupp on IR so didn't feel like it was necessary. I have way bigger problems at TE and RB lol.
With that said, I think he will still have some solid games. But tough to gauge too much from last week since GB threw 54x trying to comeback. Also the reason I wasn't that aggressive going after Kraft where he's available.
I am shocked to hear that Davante’s two preferred destinations are with Rodgers and Carr.
Can't knock his loyalty to his friends, but it's clear he doesn't care about winning a ring at this point in his career.

Usually like to avoid QBs on the road and of this list I *guess* you could say Watson has a slightly higher floor since he probably chips in 3-8 points with his legs

How droppable is M. Andrews at this point? Is there even hesitation?

Oh yeah, take Love. Javonte is borderline droppable in most leagues.

Bijan is not good at running the ball. Tyler is good at running the ball.
They're not using him effectively.
Kirk has blinders on and took a sack instead of throwing it to a wide open Bijan in the flat. Get him the ball in the space and let him do his thing.
