2024 Fantasy Football Thread
Welcome to the 2024 fantasy season, where I'm officially addicted to best ball. I've been drafting since the end of Jan
Rashaad white to the commies . Surely they are gonna add another rb right ?
Who else is out there? Even though he’s not a great runner, Jayden can open up the lanes. And Jayden still likes to throw to backs. Rachaad can handle a lot of touches still.
Emmanuel Wilson to Seattle is interesting.
Makes me feel hopeful about my E Wilson bags. Especially on UD - 34% lol
Is anyone else drafting Michael Trigg?
He seems to be going undrafted and I've been taking him in the 20th round in every draft lately.
I’ve been fading Trigg. This rookie TE class doesn’t inspire me. I’d rather take the vets. Just seems to be the better bet each season.
I’m not sure, but I’ll be close to 0%. Tore it on 1/17. Didn’t have surgery until 2/21. Even when he’s back, he’s going to get ramped up. Just don’t see him giving much in the regular season or being a guy you need in weeks 15-17.
I definitely need to get some Emmanuel Wilson .
I have slightly more than 0% Charbs, but agree just seems like an overly risky play without much upside given the situation.
Kyler to Minn. Dare I say I like it more for Addison at his price than JJ at his price.
don't forget tai felton lol
Kyler can hit him deep!
Maybe Bucky ain’t so bad.
Is that where Ladd goes on Underdog?
What's really funny is in my last 5 drafts, Lamar has gone in Round 5 in each of them.
Then he gets at pick 42 in this one.
I think we’re very close to being back to 0/hero rb strategies being optimal. The rb adp rise and the adp correction on a lot of the mid round WRs is making it better I think
Once the draft happens and the rookie adps shoot up/correct, my gut feeling is we’ll see it become even more optimal
Im not going to go crazy w it, but will be a much larger part of my portfolio than last year and early this year
On UD, I'm at 11% zero and 13% hero RB.
Way different on DK. I'm at 60% zero and 7% hero RB.
Once we get the final RB certainty, it'll help. But I think I'll almost always hero anchor with at least 1 in the first 3 rounds, especially on UD. I'd much rather be taking RBs in the first 2-3 rounds than the guys in rounds 4-8. RBs being pushed up just means the dead zone now costs more again.
When spike week WRs are all that really matter in weeks 15-17, I like locking in advance rate floor plus week 15-17 floor/ceiling with the top RBs and then chasing the WRs who may be inconsistent week to week but still provide 20-30 point ceilings. That's what actually wins the tournament.
Also, AJB to the Rams would be ****ing terrible.
I've got either 3, 8, or 13 teams left on DK depending how I feel. They'll all be Dual or Robust RB.
Would Adams get traded in an ajb to the rams situation?
