**[UPDATE ]**

This issue has been resolved, and I’ve received my funds. I’ve decided to continue communication with PokerStars privately and consider this matter closed.

Thank you to everyone who replied and offered support.

Been in a similar spot myself - resulted in a ~7.5-month-long account freeze due to... receiving a $165 transfer from a friend.
Can only wish you good luck

That's not fair, did they return your account? Thank you, I wish you all the best as well.

I played Poker stars very happily from 2004 through to 2014 when I started to play less regularly Four years back my account was blocked and remains blocked I am very disappointed the communictaions have been fairly idential to Vladislav

I sympathize with you; unfortunately, there are quite a lot of people like us. Thank you for your comment!

As a matter of curiosity what email address have you had any luck with Poker Stars support?

Hi. I mainly wrote to them at this address: [email protected]. Or I used the official contact form on their website: https://contact.rationalwebservices.com.

As for the addresses they replied from, there were several. I assume each department writes from a specific address. Here is the list:

[email protected] (Fraud Prevention Department)
[email protected] (They used this address to request documents from me)

Don't stop contacting them, insist every time until the issue is resolved. Good luck.

Thank you very much for your support, I managed to get my money back. Sorry for not responding sooner.
