I can't import hands from PokerStars

Hi, yesterday I purchased a hand2Note license to analyze my short deck hands. I then tried importing standard No Limit Holdem hands saved in English from PokerStars.it. Unfortunately, it doesn't recognize any hands, whether cash game or Zoom No Limit Holdem, or Short Deck. I'm using version 3.3.1.69

Why can't it import hands from Stars, which is supposed to be a standard format?

Can you attach a couple of Short Deck hands that hand2note can import? This way, I can understand the format Hand2Note expects and adjust accordingly.
If you have any other suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them.
