Chico multirun pots
Hello,
I have noticed the results on chico on H2N does not match reality.
Digging deeper I found preflop all ins with run it twice or run it three times are not imported.
Strange part is that those hands from other players seems to work.
Is this a known bug ?

Could you please specify a version of Hand2Note you're using?
The thing is that our old Hand2Note 3 doesn't support RIT hands correctly on Chico rooms, so such hands won't be imported to your database, sorry.
We've added full support of these hands to our new version — Hand2Note 4.1. You can read more about it here: https://hand2note.com/Help/Index
If you're experiencing this issue in Hand2Note 4.1, could you, please, do the following:
1. Close Hand2Note.
2. Delete the log folder from C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4.1\logs
3. Run Hand2Note.
4. Reproduce the issue and record a short video (you can use your mobile device for that) so we can see the table titles and your PC's time.
5. Close Hand2Note.
6. Zip the folder with new logs C:\Program Files\Hand2Note 4.1\logs with all subfolders.
7. Send us the logs folder (from step 6) and video from step 4

You must understand how hard is to film with mobile device trying to reproduce allin situation. Am I the only one with such issues ?
