Soft crash, and cant reinstall: this is the message:

Thanks for contacting Hand2Note Support.
Please perform a clean reinstall. That should help to fix that issue. Could you please follow these steps:
1) Reboot your PC
2) Check that you have installed all the latest updates for Windows
3) If you need to save your settings, copy your Config and Notes (C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\Config) folders in a safe place before uninstalling Hand2Note:
4) Uninstall Hand2Note via Control Panel.
5) After the uninstallation has finished please manually delete all files from the install directory (default folder is located in C:\Program Files\Hand2Note).
6) Download and reinstall Hand2Note using the latest installer: https://h2n-uptoyou.azureedge.net/main/Hand2NoteInstaller.exe
7) Run Hand2Note with default config (do not restore your config folder), enter your serial key in program and check if the issue persists
Your database won't be removed, no worries!
Please note that the free BASE version is no longer available. To continue using Hand2Note 3, you will have to purchase a PRO subscription.
