Hello. Since November 2025, after downloading hands from PokerRoom GG, I convert them and import them into my H2N. All hands import perfectly, except for Zodiac tournaments. H2N imports them, but does not build statistics for these hands. My friend has the same problem with this type of tournament. Can you help with a solution?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee correct import of converted hands since some issues may appear on the converter side.
I would recommend checking out our new version, Hand2Note 4.1. It supports hands from GG Network by default, so there is no need to use any converters!
It also has an improved database structure and supports more game types and rooms!
