Complete Turnover

I visited H&F before but didn't feel it concerned me. Now that has changed. Trying to pop up what's left of my life.
Not quite a new low, but have been several times on the 85kg recently. And have definitely ate less.
85.4. Have a feeling I've been losing some liquid.
85.4 yet again. Interesting how little you need to eat for even keeping the weight.
Oops, 85.0!
Must have made an unconscious new year's resolution, have pretty much shut down calorie intake. Will report if losing some.
85.0, surprisingly low as being above 86 lately, but you lose liquid.
85.0, second time is more reliable.
85.0, starts to be really reliable, as the last week it's been in the 85's.
84.4 kg. Really found a low calorie schedule, expecting to be able to report regularly about new lows.
84.4. Could be losing even around 200 grams a day with the current diet, if so looking at the goal in the middle of february.
83.9. Had to make a minor step upwards in calories, could be looking at goal in the second half of february, time will of course tell.
83.8. Ate clearly more yesterday, but as always not totally binge is important..

83.7 yet again. Forgot to weigh in yesterday. Maybe it's good to have a break even from that now and then. Also, very fast weight losing doesn't in the end feel quite right. A couple of kilograms a month or so is better. From 86kg to 84 feels good. Starting to question why exactly 80 is the goal. Anyhow maybe a little more before trying to keep.

83.6. About one kilogram in a month. I have some things to do from April forwards at our summer place, and the diet will change. I could aim for practically always being below 83 before that, and that would be it. Then keeping it there until October could be the aim.
In fact this may be it. Can for the first time in years see a slight beginning of a six-pack. BMI circa 23.5. So keeping it around 84 kg unstandardized and hence probably around 83 in reality could well be striving for. And then there's a margin downwards of 1-2 kg if it somehow happens. Will need to continue restricting eating anyway.
Was once at 85, goal is to be at least once at 83. Been 84 rest of the time, will try to keep that.
No 83 yet, in fact was 85 for many days. Managed to lose some weight on a weeks trip without a scale, that's a win. Been 84 now, try to reach/stay on the lower end of that.
84.2 kg, lowest in a long time. I prefer dabble with these single kilograms, not really prepared having to wade through 5, let alone 10 kilos.
