Got my computer back set up and wanting to log for a while now.
Anyways, not logging has made me v lazy and unorganized. My diet is also trash and I look like I don't even lift no more.
I'm also selling most of my sneakers to start a poker bankroll. I haven't played in over 3 years, but looks like nothing has changed, lol. They also open up a poker room nearby and I'm sure the players still suck.
My childhood buddy keeps inviting me to his lame home games. I keep making excuse not to go. By the looks of it, its some bs $20 game, that lasts 6+ hours lolol.
Anal girl is with some 10'' arm loser. They honestly look like brother and sister, it's disgusting lol.
Currently squat and DL only. I tore something in my shoulder and haven't bench since April 10.
My PRs:
Bench: 265
Squat: 390
DL: 490
I tore my shoulder the week of maxing out. Would have attempted something like:
Bench: 275
Squat: 405
DL: 505
Currently doing whatever. Need shoulder to heal but been very slow.

We all told ExpectedV he needed to gomad and ss. Turns out his approach was the right one all along. Midwit vs genius vs ****** meme was a good representation of this forum 2009-2015.
Dead srs just do your regular approach, eat clean, inject, stay lean year round, cardio year round even when gaining weight, and never allow yourself to gain weight too quick or get above a certain bodyfat b/c that makes the PEDs and food start to work a lot less well, and 180lbs at 10% is yours. It really is that simple. there is no learning xyz barbell lift or reaching some arbitrary standard of strength that some stupid fat old small penised autistic man said you should before you start bodybuilding training.
The part about food working less well to create muscle growth is also true when natty. Don't fall for bulking memes, anyone. It'll help put kilos on the bar without making your stronger, fitter, or more muscular because it's all facking water, glycogen, and fat helping your leverages, as a wise man once said.
There is some level of truth in that.
Had some random internet nerd tell me "You don't look like you've ever seen a gym" which I think is the highest level of compliment for someone who olytards. Wear them pleated khakis and no one can tell you apart from a fat office worker. YMMV.
Still lifting, need to diet but got lazy.

Thought I was gonna have a heart attack after 2nd set of squats. Never have I been out of breath back squatting, but the front squat is the devil.

Regardless that is like 8lbs off my PR. Much strong.
Of course they are parallel, I will get footage for next session. The worst is when powerlifters squat and barely break the parallel and act like they just squatted $600 lbs. it’s sad. Nothing to be proud of.

Here is my squat. 245x8 Looks v weird, almost like a back squat, but almost 10 years of back squatting and 6 months of front squat.

Been jogging on the treadmill past week, want to shed 15ish pounds. Already loosing gains. Sad. My DL has fallen off, it’s sad, it really is. Not sure why my single feels heavier and heavier. Was @ 470, now 455 feeling like a 9…. Maybe cardio 1-2x/week. i been 3x/week. 2-3 miles.

Reduce my reps to 6 from 8 at the front squats. Anything over 6 reps is worse than cardio on the treadmill.

Stopped the running for now. Lost mad gains on the DL due to poor sleep and cardio. Bench not moving, squat steady climbing.

My buddy almost a millionaire. I remember the time he had $900 to his name living with me 5 years ago. Crazy. He gave me a bday card 17 years ago telling me he will buy me into the wsop ME if he ever becomes a millionaire and if I still have the card. I still got it. This was Jerry Yang/Jamie Gold years, and we just got into hardcore poker. Love it.

Was off Wednesday, and today got cut after 1.75 hours of work. They don’t want to pay me over time. Sad a multi billion dollar company can’t even treat their workers right. Corporate murica.

Set a 3RM PR, basically 1@8 was very true. Bench was flying. Not sure why.
Once I saw the Supreme pants, I knew that 265 was indeed going up three times, because our hero isn't a LAZY MILLENNIAL and PUTS IN THE WORK.

Plateau. Nothing moving. Dl felt ok, but not like it used to. Eating like a donk and maybe getting 70-80g protein a day. I crave the junk food. McDonald’s the past 4 days…. It’s just that tasty.

In a market for a belt. This dude let me try his A7 and was great. Gonna save my back now before it’s too late.

Well I am going to get one. The 10mm to start out. It’s $280 but my everyday veg tan leather belt is $200, so no biggie. Everyone freaking out about the cost of belts these days, but that’s what u get with the economy right now. Not surprised.
Also if I use one then decide to go raw in like 6 months or so, would I be pulling less?
Depends. PLing belts obviously help you lift more. A flexible WLing belt won't help much, but this up for you to decide.
The SBD one is top of the line I heard. Don’t care if it’s overkill. Money not a problem. Sbux treating me well.
Got the 10mm. Was told the 13 is for true fat fcuks. Not pulling 700+ anytime soon, the 10 will do. Will be here early weekend, just in time for deadlift day.
