Did a decent biceps workout today.
6 reps for 6 sets in machine curls.
Then 3 set of 8 with increasing weights in rope curl.
After that I took time out and left the gym.
On a horrible downswings in life and poker right now and it absolutely ****ing sucks.
did a decent triceps workout.
decided to do 6 reppers today.
went from 12kg increments of 2kg to 14kg 16kg 18kg 20kg 22kg 24kg then 30kg x6 in overhead dumbbell extensions.
finished with rope pushdowns x12 3 sets.,
and that was it 😀
did a double workout yesterday. first i did biceps only 2 exercises though. then i went back a couple of hours later and did only triceps 2 exercises too.
that's as much energy i got.
today i only did one exercise for chest which was machine flies. went up to 150 pounds x8 reps i think, strength is going up.
hit up with a chick this weekend and she was in awe of my body which is a nice ego boost.

Lat pulldown:
up to 200 pounds 5 reps

How long does that workout take you?
What about doing arms, abs, back and legs same day, same session ... not as bodybuilding but elder just minor workout?
Like, life fatigue/depression, or do you have some kind of medical condition and/or drugs that are messing you up?
its a mend between a medicine i am forced to take because i had a stint psychiatry...
and I've been on the whole pharmacy of all kind of drugs, right now im chilling with all stuff but I've been severely reckless.
on top of that my resting heart are is 90-100 which is super bad...
so yeah its a miss mash between all of that.
I feel ****ing awful in body and mind.
About to have an anxiety attack on the train...

man **** i forogot but i maxed out a t 24kgx6 in biceps curl and i maxed the cable machine in triceps pushdown.
so i did biceps curls, machine curls, triceps extensions in cable and lying dumbelll triceps extensions.
yeah man went to a party tonight and got toooons of compliments for my body lol.
im no kind of guy that seeks approval but its pretty lul mostly guys tho lol.
no training today or yesterday because i mentally physically and spiritually feel like UTTER ****ING ****.
i am so ****ing tired of this ****ing situation.
just hammered 3 red bulls in order to do a okay sunday grind but i just feel more ****ing tired.
