*I'm not actually sure he has ever gone for the 3 straight cans of tuna/breakfast diet, but he has for sure mentioned something like that more times than is necessary 😀.

Did a decent biceps workout today.
6 reps for 6 sets in machine curls.
Then 3 set of 8 with increasing weights in rope curl.

After that I took time out and left the gym.

On a horrible downswings in life and poker right now and it absolutely ****ing sucks.


did a decent triceps workout.
decided to do 6 reppers today.
went from 12kg increments of 2kg to 14kg 16kg 18kg 20kg 22kg 24kg then 30kg x6 in overhead dumbbell extensions.
finished with rope pushdowns x12 3 sets.,
and that was it 😀


did a double workout yesterday. first i did biceps only 2 exercises though. then i went back a couple of hours later and did only triceps 2 exercises too.
that's as much energy i got.
today i only did one exercise for chest which was machine flies. went up to 150 pounds x8 reps i think, strength is going up.

hit up with a chick this weekend and she was in awe of my body which is a nice ego boost.

yesterday i hit chest:

Machine pec deck:
up to max weight 210 pounds 6 reps

then bench press:
60kg x12
60kg x15
60kg x20

and that was it for yesterday.

today i did back

Lat pulldown:
up to 200 pounds 5 reps

T bar rows:
+25kg x20
+45kg x15
+75kg x8

yeah that's it guys



Did a 4 exercise arm workout today.

Machine curl up to 110 pounds 6 reps
Cable curl rope up to 37.5kg x12 triceps
Overhead dumbbell extension up to 32kg x12
Triceps push down in cable up to 32kg x12

pec deck machine:
70 lbs x8
110 lbs x8
150 lbs x8
190 lbs x6
tried maxing out at 230 did 2 reps and was like **** i can't, i ****ing did 230 x6 last workout???
170 x6 atleast

then i did bench press
bench press:
70kg x8
70kg x10
70kg x12

over and ****ing out.


Last workout i logged was chest and here we are today to log chest again.

Pec deck up to 190x7 starting from 90 lbs raised by incremens of 20(?)

3 sets of dumbbell press 24kg x10 final set x12

And that was it for today!
Got a decent Chest pump aswell

Not many minutes brate like 20-25 mins.
I suffer from severe fatigue so its unfortunately all I can muster nowadays...

Like, life fatigue/depression, or do you have some kind of medical condition and/or drugs that are messing you up?


What about doing arms, abs, back and legs same day, same session ... not as bodybuilding but elder just minor workout?

its a mend between a medicine i am forced to take because i had a stint psychiatry...
and I've been on the whole pharmacy of all kind of drugs, right now im chilling with all stuff but I've been severely reckless.
on top of that my resting heart are is 90-100 which is super bad...

so yeah its a miss mash between all of that.

Ugh, sorry to hear that. Do you feel whatever dugs your chilling with right now are gonna end up okay? If not, hopefully you can find a mix that feels more normal.

brate its okay i don't really don't do hard drugs anymore only psychedelics.

playing a table of poker atm but will try to log my workout lol multitasking

man **** i forogot but i maxed out a t 24kgx6 in biceps curl and i maxed the cable machine in triceps pushdown.
so i did biceps curls, machine curls, triceps extensions in cable and lying dumbelll triceps extensions.

yeah man went to a party tonight and got toooons of compliments for my body lol.
im no kind of guy that seeks approval but its pretty lul mostly guys tho lol.


no training today or yesterday because i mentally physically and spiritually feel like UTTER ****ING ****.
i am so ****ing tired of this ****ing situation.
just hammered 3 red bulls in order to do a okay sunday grind but i just feel more ****ing tired.
