I’m nots huge mayo on burger guy but it’s way more acceptable then the ketchup on a hot dog.
I've stayed at park mgm several times but never had that burger. Going to have to next time.
Ketchup on hot dogs is way more bush league than mayo on a burger, unless we’re talking Sonoran dogs, then it’s borderline acceptable. Burger spread is Mayo based, aioli is Mayo based…think you may have missed the boat here. (The SS Mayo). And I’m not even a Mayo on burger is a must thing…but I am very anti ketchup on normal (non-Sonoran) dogs.
I thought Sonoran dogs were wrapped in bacon and served with mayonnaise-based sauce. I've never seen ketchup, but am willing to try it.

Every time I’ve gotten one, typically after some arena event like a concert, they’ve been hit with peppers and I believe ketchup and mayo. I just always ask for “con todo” and that’s what I get and I’ve never been anything but pleased with the results.
Mmmmmmm. Thousand Islands hot dogs.
Best Sonoran dog I ever had was from Ruiz Hot Dogs los Chipilones in Tucson. Hot dog, beans, some manner of pepper/onion/tomato salsa, crema, maybe a line of mustard, and maybe a line of either a green salsa or relish. And the "bun" was great too.
And a Mexican Coke.
One of those things that surely will make you die sooner and you don't give a **** at all.
I forgot that the ones I ate were served on bollilos that helped keep everything in place.
Not sure what Mal is thinking, Wyman got it right.
Sonoran hot dog recipe features a bacon-wrapped hot dog, onions, peppers, salsa, beans, mustard, and mayonnaise.
And they rock.
Yeah, look like absolute top tier model sandwiches, hnnnngg
See at least toca is in Las Vegas :-D
estimating my entry point for those sonoran dogs to be at least four
incredible
I don't think I've ever had one. That one does look very intriguing, but I'm not completely sold yet. I would probably start off with two but expect to be standing in line to order a couple more while eating my second one!
omg those dogs look incredible
Is a hotdog a sandwich? Is a Sonoran hotdog a sandwich? Who ****ing cares, give, give me.
We can be mad at me for saying they come with ketchup (I am pretty sure the ones I’ve had have, but could be wrong) or we could be happy that the discourse led to Wyman posting those beauties for us all.

Tacos el Gordo still great. I remember the tacos were $1.25 when I moved here, now they’re $4.12. Quesadilla was a winner, maybe better than the taco. Bavette’s burger 10/10 once again.
