slightly off topic, but needs to be said:
the vibe in this thread is so amazing (and very different from most other threads) ... congrats to all posters.
but:
don't scroll and read, while you are in bed, a little hungry, and debating if you should stand up and get something to eat :-)))
Quick dinner at Amaya, the new spot at Cosmopolitan. Very similar vibe as Toca. Only got the steak tacos and forgot to take a pic of the cocktail. Everything was stupidly good, definitely some competition for Toca for the Mexican steakhouse crown. Will have to try more of the menu another time with a group.
Carne asada tacos - 10/10 incredible, only $18 and they use prime skirt steak
Chips - 10/10
Salsa - 8/10
Smoke and Mirrors cocktail - 8/10
"Oysters Oaxacafeller" Brilliant!
888 Sushi and Robata is the best ayce in Vegas.
amazing spreads, ty for the recommendations, hope to try someday!
anyone hit the new Esther's Kitchen yet?
