Best part is that the game went 18 innings and the Mets score in the 18th but then allow 2 in to still lose the game. Meanwhile Rice had to stay playing poker for several hours longer than he would have liked, just in case his bet won!

I'm assuming that was Rice's last ever sports wager. An experience like that would have really soured him against the whole sports betting concept. It would be right up there with other life altering experiences like the moot court travesty, or the more recent Red Rock disaster.
