Abject sadness
I like how Diesel laughs at people saying he makes $8/hr at poker when we're not far off. It's hard to win money at poker when not only do you hardly play hands, you average 1.4 hands won per hour and some hands being preflop.
It's funny how he will use logic against other commenters but can't seem to apply the same logic with himself. He argues the guy who claims to win $106 p/h at 3/5 is cherry picking his best block of results from just 900 hours play. Meanwhile Rice refuses to give his results from 2023 or 2024 and we all know that's because it's well short of his supposed $13 per hour lifetime average.
It's not a shock that he hates Bellagio (non promo room) and doesn't play at any other non promo room besides Caesars cause he earns double tier/double comps which helps offset his lifestyle.
His criteria for a good game are that the buyin is capped at $300, $2 per hour comps, and the more promos running the better. Guess it's why he almost never plays at Bellagio, Aria, Wyn/Encore, Venetian, GN etc etc.
Does he block anyone who disagrees with him intelligently and then have full arguments on camera vs the commenters that are left?Even when Diesel is arguing against a single comment without a person there to respond to him he still puts together the worst possible arguments. This is an Ivy League educated lawyer who would make far more $$ working at McDonalds, and when somebody
It appears that he's blocked me, because if there's a comment chain that says "1 comment" and I add one, it doesn't change to 2 comments. I can't recall ever saying anything "mean" as he calls it, but who knows what he considers "mean".

It's not a surprise he plays enough hours twice a week
Bally's has cut the promo tourney payout from the $500 last year, to $400, to $200 now. That's going to have quite an impact on his income, especially if he gets unlucky and fails to bink. The last couple I played, I was down to 1 or 2 hands to go, and all-in on the bb, when someone else got knocked out on another table and ended the tourney.

Well it could be just about anything. He doesn't respond well to being questioned in any way that will highlight his stupidity.
He only responds favourably to comments that are basically high fiving him, patting him on the back and telling him how good he is and comments that validate his ridiculous theories and life choices.

yeah he did not comment on my suggestion to do a more meaningful challenge instead of these pointless "only eat crap" gimmicks

He blocks everyone with an IQ over 80 and only responds to the droolers complimenting him on his revolutionary bagel on top of white rice takeout style and similar inventions.

Diesel's #1 option for WSOP is to deal at The Orleans and live there and work a bunch of double shifts. lol
Not sure why no mention of dealing the actual WSOP, unless I missed it when skimming.
He also mentions how people love when he makes the 3-finger sign as he does it. Do people mention that in the comments, or just here?
It won't happen, Diesel is all talk, no action.

Someone sent Diesel a copy of the 'appearance code' for Caesars new employees, and he ain't never getting a job at the WSOP the way he looks.

His self awareness (or total lack thereof), is just off the charts as pr usual.
Its not like "people seems to love it when i do the finger sign" as Diesel says in the video, he looks like a total clown everytime he does it so people laugh at him.
I am still not sold on the idea that he is actually gonna be dealing at any casino during the series, i bet he will run off to Council Bluffs wich seems to be his fav place on planet earth.

He is trying to claim the drive between Rio and Horseshoe is too long if he's working a double shift.

Normally I would agree with you, but I have a hunch Rice's car reliability is starting to slip.
My hunch is he goes to Phoenix for a week or two, doesn't like the games because there's too much action, and goes scurrying back to Vegas.
Lots of assumptions on my part.

Yes. He is thinking of driving half way across the country to play in Council Bluffs so he won't have that awful half mile commute between his free room at the Rio and the Horseshoe. He will just play double shifts in Council Bluffs to pay for a room. Make it make sense.
I'm not going to go back and watch it again, but I think he was just mentioning The Rio and dealing WSOP as an example of how awesome it would be to live at The Orleans and work double shifts and never have to leave the building. I don't think he was saying that is why he won't deal WSOP.
Also, I don't even think they do the Rio rooms anymore for dealers, not sure, but when they did I think 2 years ago, the room was not free, it was something like $30/night with no resort fee.
Rio isn’t Caesar’s anymore
Will be interesting to see how he answers some of the questions piling up in comments, lots of people wondering why he doesn't like to play in Las Vegas during the WSOP.
Good on the Diesel for being happy despite making so little. Enjoying the small things in life and not prioritizing money and material objects.
Most people cannot live like he does but he makes it work.
Not having to participate in the rate race and being content, many people would love to have that!
Let's go Deisel!!
What a sick plot twist this could be.
Diesel finds out how much dealers can make and starts dealing. Then he trashes the 1-3 NL grinders cause they can only make $14/hr, while chasing promos and comps while he makes $30+/hr dealing, has health insurance and benefits and a steady income.
Those miserable grinders.
He gave this answer to all the questions about this.
