I definitely think he thought he was winning alot more than he was, and like alot of people used "running bad" as a crutch and explanation as to why he wasnt winning more. Something almost everybody does or has done at some point, but being in gambling so long its easy to spot when someone is doing that. I also remember he would put up stats videos and things showing all of hi

is 100% of pman's profit from binking 1 tourney?

by lozen

Weird will not discuss his cash game results and told viewers to just look them up which I am sure means losing season there as well

Brad Owen and Mariano also revealed very good winning seasons

Up $1.1m on the tracked results. Maybe he doesn't want to reveal the results because he doesn't want to pay taxes on his winnings. The tourney results are published, so he can't do anything about that, but not so with (off-stream) cash.

This year, I'm going to work on being less of a smartass in the name of playful humor.

With that said, none of us make the best decisions in life 100% of the time. While it's fun to psychoanalyze the character flaws of some vloggers, I feel like it's a bit unsavory to go hard on someone like Pman, who has documented his issues with addictions and impulse control. Having had those issues myself 10 years ago or so, I can say that the most random triggers in the form of harsh critiques can have an inverse effect even if the message is meant in good faith.

Let's try not to send people over the edge, spiraling into a bad path just because we feel like they need a dose of harsh tasting medicine.

Saw PA playing at Mandalay Bay in early December. TBH he looked in rough shape / angry, did not say a word the entire session. This was the days leading up to the move of the poker room next to the sports book prior to the stairs leading down from the tram.

I can imagine. He never had much money and he is probably really living on the margins. Now with the new Clark county ordinance on the bridges his guitar playing is over as a way to beg for money. As I said to Timmy boy, get gainful employment.

El Diesel's YT earnings.

that's a lot higher than i thought for 2k subscribers and 800 views per video. if he could get his views up to 4-5k per video he would have a pretty decent side income given his frugal lifestyle.

i think everyone here including myself would be better off by resolving in this new year to post less negatively/post less in general itt, not just at pman but at all of the vloggers. no matter how inconsequential it may seem the thoughts that you throw out into the universe still matters and its better to make the world a slightly better place than a slightly worse one.

That's what gets to me most about trooper, el d, and pman. The unwillingness to get better or accept coaching. When I read pmans thread awhile back he was adding coaches left and right, which is also dumb so maybe he doesn't fall in this group. But if el diesel listened to a coach he'd beat 2/5 easily, his nomad status would enable him to find the juiciest games at that level,

Probably the same reason he never posted any hands on 2+2. If he posted some of the horrible hands he talked about in his videos, the criticism would humiliate him.

If he got a coach, it might make him realize he isn’t as good as he thought, and that possibly is something that he can’t let happen.

He kept suggesting in his videos that he was a crusher at the tables, so if he hired a coach, that coach might put him in his place, and Trooper is not going to let anything like that happen. Trooper does the f******, not the other way around.

I was also surprised El Diesel gets that much.

you, sir, are officially kicked off the HaTeRz squadron.

we only employ bitterness, hatred, and personal attacks on completely random people who play poker and make videos around here.

take your realistic views, shows of compassion, and humanity elsewhere, like maybe the "go fish" forums.

Life in NVG and at the poker table mirror Thomas Hobbes' description of life in the state of nature.

It is nasty, brutal, solitary and short.

In your view, how would readers of this site be "better off" by posting less negatively just because some vloggers don't want or can't handle the truth.

He already makes more than he needs from YT, anything else is just showing off.

I didn't see the video but I remember his $2.13 tip on a discounted buffet at South Point. Assuming he gets the standard $15 off mailer offer, that puts it around $10. So 21.3% Tip....

Rice is an excellent tipper, maybe even in the top 1% of tippers using coupons.

Certainly in the top 0.1% of tippers that eat sardines off a car hood in a parking lot.

True but he's also in the bottom .1 percent of tippers who eat sardines off a car hood in a parking lot.

where's bikeking at?

he made a 2023 goals video from his van saying he will focus on content creation and set a worst case scenario goal of reaching 10k subscribers and then posted 1 video the rest of the year.

I wonder how he did on the other 6 goals?

He’s been posting on Instagram a little bit, was in Vegas at some point, played probably 1-3 I guess or maybe 2-5, just had a picture of ~500 in chips. I went down when I saw he was there but he was gone or I didn’t see him when i got there.

There’s been no real developments, a couple Instagram stories about playing that $25 nightly mtt he plays on that app, on Twitter he’s gotten into it with people a couple times trying to pretend he knows about sports stuff, trying to bet people, all the donk stuff you see.

Classic BK stuff, guy has no follow through and his original Vegas videos that were him living in his car is all there will ever be of him. You know from his past that if he had any success at all he’d be posting about it all over the place

And knowing ELD he will maximize every last dollar. That annual YouTube revenue represents 1708.22 meals on his car hood. By his logic someone earning 20k a year who manages to scrimp and save 1k is ahead of someone who earns 200k and blows it all on life's silly unnecessary pleasures.

Maybe Bike King should get one of those $20 an hour jobs in California and live in his car.

In Rice’s mind $1,708 for the year is “**** you” money. Instead of a $1 can of store brand sardines he can opt for a can of SPAM and go next level. One can only envy the thought of eating fresh slices of cold SPAM dipped in 4 year old relish and mayo packets he found in his trunk All being enjoyed at a truck stop in North Platte, Nebraska. Stuff of dreams!

Classic! Just picturing Rice as John Goodman in The Gambler.

Actually, in one of his early videos regarding bankroll and bankroll management, the very concept that someone could easily have $20k of "fun money" laying around was totally incomprehensible to him.

He can't grasp someone earning $100k+ a year could accumulate $20k in entertainment funds. By his logic, You'd have to be a total degenerate or a multimillionaire to throw that kind of dough around.

El diesel is really like bike kings pipe dream

A Los Angeles and Denver Airbnb scam is reported in the news about double booking and squatters.

People arrive to find a disgusting location with extra people...

The hosts lie to Airbnb that the guests stayed at the properties even though the guests left.
