Of course I would defer to ELD on legal analysis but there is new case law from Arizona that youtubers can be issued restraining orders that force them to take videos mocking another person down. Lane Myers Channel was busted in Tucson and held in Tucson jail for making a non violent but unflattering and/or disparaging video against a University of Arizona professor who Lane claimed got his girlfriend fired and thus decreased the total earnings via Lane's status as a third party beneficiary of support by way of his girlfriend's job.

Thus a precedent has been set that a person who is mocked online can have a court order the video taken down in order to promote the channel which has lost revenue due to the insulting video posted by a person claiming freedom of speech.

I think Trooper posting slot videos, will be good for slots or worst case scenario neutral. I hope he wins a fortune though because if he’s bragging about $72 hits, he has to be low on cash and struggling significantly, which even I find very sad. One of the best “skills” to have in slots is carrying a lot of cash on you, without that — Trooper is going to need a ton of technical skill lol.

I wouldn't quite call it a skill but yes you are very limited in what plays you can embark on if you don't have enough cash on you, or at least have ready access to large amounts should the need arise.

It's every APs worst nightmare of chasing a must hit Jackpot and running out of funds just before it has to hit. Yes it happened to me once before and it stung me to the tune of 10k. I will never allow that to happen again. A good rule of thumb is to have at least double what you think the worst case scenario would require.

The volume of nontent he puts out is truly remarkable. I believe him when he says he will smash all existing records for consecutive vlogging streaks, not just for poker but for YouTube in general

ELD has a deep sense of empathy for tortoises which are also Nomadic and need to avoid plastic bags thrown into the waterways.
