I'll admit, I did not have slot hustler on Trooper's 'unfinished business' bingo card.

This is gonna end like the rest of Trooper’s adventures.
Notice he brought his 'financial advisor' (Christina) with him.

Trooper states he is not leaving the slot until either a) the red hen pops or b) he and Christina are homeless.

How does Trooper know what games have action pursuit and what point to start playing the game?

That was actually better than the poker hands he shows. It was over 9 minutes of gambling. Wish we would get over 9 minutes of poker in a video.

Lady Trooper still laughs like he is the funniest guy ever and still really seems to enjoy the time she spends with him.

Imagine other vloggers doing this, switching from poker to slots.

Great start, but I still think he would do better showing the training he does to master his fighting abilities.

There are signs on certain machines when it's getting close to bonusville. Manufacturers in the future will probably stop making machines that give off tells and stop the action pursuit crowd dead in their tracks.

No it’s actually quite simple, just like our (anti-hero) the Trooper97 himself. He just converted a previous channel of his; “TheTrooper97 Clips” into “Action Pursuit Slots” by changing the channel name and deleting all old videos thus showing the instant subs / views stats.

I wonder if Trooper fast spins when he is doing Action Pursuit off camera? Really helps with the hourly. For the vlog, it makes sense not to, but I can't believe he wasn't clicking through the payout animations.

There is a good amount of free information about what games can be AP'd on the internet. There are also a few websites that have strategy guides to AP games behind a paywall.

This sounds like something that would require a spreadsheet and a couple of simple examples to explain the concept.

Trooper has mentioned a couple of times, if he had it all to do over when he first came to Vegas, he would have concentrated on hustling slots.

A rare moment or two of self reflection from the Trooper and maybe a glimpse that everything he has done isn't perfect.

Ive seen alot of slot content and my god this was the worst

@2:33 gives a good shot of some of the massive hoard of garbage Rice hauls around from room to room.

Will we ever see a shot of Rice, dressed in his goodwill clown attire, pushing a crap filled shopping cart down the strip?

Skater Nomad then on Youtube goes to Sante Fe Station for $1000 to play alpha poppa and ends up losing.

Today's video starts with ELD in a nomadic conundrum. ELD must change rooms during the daytime wherein he has an Orleans shift.

This causes havoc on his sausages and fine cheeses which need to be iced or in the alternative Harrah's must grant early check in.

It should be noted another option would be to park in the negative five level at Cosmo and then take the bus to Orleans via the Tropicana bus.

ELD scores a refrigerator in Harrah's keeping his streak and bypasses Diamond check in which opens at 10 a.m. to instead check in at 9 a.m. due to his tier level.

ELD switches from a Diamond VIP floor to a regular floor in order to get 9 a.m. check in.

ELD returns and is very tired.

ELD gives a shout out to a viewer named Figaroa he met two years ago at Popeye's on Decatur and Flamingo who was wearing a Daryl Strawberry shirt.

ELD gives a shout out to the desk agent who gave him an early room due to Diamond tier.

The real chef’s kiss with Rice is thst he offers a newsletter which one can pay to subscribe to and presumably wherein his same mundane minutae of life is documented.

Can you imagine the mutants who are paying subscribers to his newsletter just so they can stay abreast of his monthly costings for laundry et al

Next we'll get an instructional video on how to clean hotel rooms (sans the hair removal from the bathroom)

What's the purpose of this channel? It's not to teach slots so it's one of the many slot channels that just show play. But he just shows a play to completion and ends the video and him and Christina are never in the video so you can't feel a personal connection for new viewers.

Does he think he can put out garbage and his lifestyle viewers will just sub and watch mindlessly? How did that go when he went to the candy business vlogs? Very poorly. I'm not sure he even gained net viewers after the pivot.

I would think that the slot hustlers are generally in an even weaker position than poker players. Once casinos get tired of it, and they put ANY pressure on the slot manufacturers, I would think the slot manufacturers will fold like an cheap paper map.

OR

Perhaps the manufacturers make machines that give off false tells.

I've already noticed that the "must pay by" jackpot machines, while still in casinos, are like 75%+ fewer in number than say 5 years ago.

I've also noticed that as a generality, video poker machines (of all types) are becoming scarcer. Also, as time goes by, their pay tables get worse 90%+ of the time. I used to seriously play VP, now? I just do it for mild entertainment or to wind down after a long live poker session.

Of course, Trooper should strike while the iron is hot. If he is smart/good enough, he'll be able to pay his bills, live a decent lifestyle AND perhaps even build something of a bankroll. Trooper is not getting any younger! He has to start prepping for his future.

they are both marginally ev states and he runs way above ev in both of them

i do hope he isn't speedrunning for sake of content but it sure feels like he's not doing it because he loves the excitement
