Looks like he plays 1-2. 1-2 players are not aware of nits(or of much at all) unless someone hasn't played a hand in 2 hours. Nits actually do decent at 1-2 just bc the other players are bad. It's at 1-3 and above that nits are given less action. Ask EL D.
The second scenario of Rice being fired would be hilarious. Although I expect in such a scenario he would not be honest about what happened and instead say he quit or something like that. I don't think his ego could cope with divulging that he was sacked, especially for reasons of EDR violation.

Just watched the highlights from the last two big Hustler streams with Mariano,Polk,Peter,Airball-, and Mariano is getting his ass handed to him losing close to $500K in those two sessions combined. Some truly crazy hands went down.
Now,we have seen Mariano sunrun over time now i am curious to see how he handles a real nasty downsving. I wanna see how he handles running bad and losing like 10-15 sessions in a row. To me the sign of a really great player is how they handle losing stretches.
Yes he plays well in these lineups,and its obvious he has a big edge in the lineups he plays-but its also easy when you seem to run pure in all the biggest pots,the spots that can make you or break you,the downsvings always stops before they get really nasty and dark++.

Even with this loss he had a hand he 4 bet AK. Peter flopped a set of 5s on q52. They were super deep. Mariano bet the flop and shipped it on the 10 turn. He rivered a jack on the second run for half the pot.
