Up to date list of reasons for firing Fat Zach on the spot:

1)Abusing the EDR beyond all limits. Eating for 1 hour+ before each shift,likely consumes enough food for 3-4 persons pr shift. In addition to this,bragging of abusing his EDR benefits in his videos.This has to be considered disrespecting his employer.

2)Lashing out and attacking customers in his videos calling them cheaters and the most annoying people in the world.Pretty unprofessional.

3)Tilting the well known youtuber Abby Poker by being an annoying rule police dealer,when she is out with her group of friends to have a fun cashgame with a homegame vibe.Abby+her crew runs off taking their business to Aria. Rice follows up by bragging once again in his videos,stating he loves controversy aka being the boss and "winning" arguments.

Well, Rice is getting a lot of traction with his Abby click bait video. Lots of posters saying negative things about her, but at least a few pointing out his bad behavior. I think the chances are pretty good that Abby will hear about this video if she hasn't already - he's already got almost 100 comments and more than 3000 views which is far more than usual. She'd definitely have grounds for a complaint.

Whatever anyone thinks of Abby is imo irrelevant. This is just not how anyone with an ounce of sense in a service profession should behave, especially in a public-facing tipping role. There's a reason that casino companies have policies against employees speaking to the media - so they don't say dumb **** like ED.

ETA: I also hope he's dumb enough not to take down the video, because the fallout, if any, will be entertaining. As usual he seems to be doubling down in his replies to criticism.

Had Rice paid more attention in law school he'd know that being subject to HIPPA has nothing to do with an employer's ability to fire an employee, generally with or without cause, for any non-protected reason.

I can't comment on the motivation of the commenters, but I will say this -- the interweb is is largely a lawless place, and once something goes out into the cyber, you lose control over it. I learned from experience years ago when I picked up my first cyber stalker, which caused me to delete all my social media accounts and to reemerge under my current alias, Pete P. Peters. It's very easy to to have some *sshole (including possibly some people in this thread) mess with your employment, warranted or not. Rice would be well advised to consider the potential impact of his videos and comments on his job.

He literally has her name Abby in his video title as you mentioned+he talks about her and the episode with her calling her Abby in the video. Everyone that watches his video can easily verify he uses her name multiple times.

Ive said that i believe Rice is a compulsive liar,and the way he backs down on this further confirms this. He is so used to lying whenever he needs to,it seems to go totally on autopilot. Its like you brush your teeth before going to bed,or pushing in the clutch before you shift gears in a car. Its goes on autopilot,without thinking.

Rice just proving once again how big a buffoon he really is. This has got to be like the 5th or 6th time where a table has broken up specifically due to him getting entangled in a heated exchange with one or more players over something relatively insignificant. He confirms in today's video that he actually enjoys being involved in the controversy and probably gets off on feeling like he is some ruling judge at the table rather than just the dealer.

Lol at Rice admitting he wasnt paying attention because he was too involved in a conversation about college volleyball. Another subject he no doubt considers himself a foremost authority on! Classic Rice thinking it's all about him at the table. Instead of just dealing the damn cards and rubbing a smooth game he wants to be involved in the conversations and then get into heated debates and arguments with the players.

And what is his deal with cursing? You better not swear or cuss within earshot of Rice because that's his #1 rule at the table. Anything else is allowed to slide but if he hears any profanity he quickly jumps into action and starts acting like he's Judge Judy. Once before a group of players dared to drop some slurs at his table and he quickly saw to it that the game proceeded no further by dealing out the offending players. And we aren't talking racial slurs either. A player at the table confirmed that the slur that Rice found so offensive of course was fagg...ot and it was just being used generally, not even directed at anyone LMAO.
