Former 2+2 Darling Jared Huggins Commits M*rder
Many of you will remember Jared Huggins, who was once active and somewhat beloved on the site under the username RelaxedPrecision. Countless posts were made about his exaggerated homelessness chronicles as he swindled money and stocked up on sympathy. His name might strike his chord if you ever saw the Free Hugs videos or rooted for him to win big on The Big Game.
Since then, he seemingly got his life together, settled down and started a family. Even changed his last name to Lorenzo.
Unfortunately, the 2024 update reveals his true character as a spineless, pathetic child k*ller. Jared changed his last name but could not change who he was on the inside— every parent’s worst nightmare.
He was vindictive and petty and did the unthinkable in order to inflict the most pain possible on the woman who dared leave their abusive marriage.
RIP to Ellie, who will never make it past three years old.

He was employed at some techy SF bedwear company Coyuchi as a financial analyst intern.
He had been informed that the court had approved mom and daughter to move from the Bay Area and that this would be his last visit.
Kind of insane that they donÂ’t require that last visit to be supervised given the circumstances.
I suppose the court system considered him low risk though because his life looked fairly put together, aside from the oddity of being an intern at the age of 42.
I do already believe that homeless people are on average worse human beings than middle class suburban people are, this is true.
If you put people in the west on some sort of "good - bad person spectrum" I believe that the worst 10% of all people will have an unproportional amount of homeless/poor compared to housed/middle class people in it.
The reason would be that being a bad person who inflicts pain and suffering on people around you will be more likely to cause strain on personal relationship
In some cases this could be the reason for homelessness, but it would be unlikely to be anywhere near the majority. Maybe the homeless person grew up in an environment where they had no support at all from a very young age and they know no better way.
I encourage people not to judge here, we are not god and we lack the wisdom to do so accurately.

Holy yikes. This guy was one of my Facebook friends (his account is still out there as Jared Christian Vegano, dormant since 2017). Sure know how to pick 'em, I guess. What an awful turn for someone who by most measures had turned his life around.
I even heard rumblings about this story last week but never made the connection because of the different name. Had I seen the photo or news report, I'm pretty sure I would have **** a brick.
