Cause it don't matter, in two weeks he'll be back at the poker table bitching about something that he says is costing him money/equity.

Just another jackpot win by another degen action player. Us tight intelligent gamblers can never match the huge betting volumes of someone aptly nicknamed “chainsaw”.

Good for him. Pokers version of Larry David He’s the ultimate misreg but his frugalness is funny to witness.

Oh the guy that ruined dinner vouchers for everyone? Nice.

It's 1.2 ml over 20 years or they offered him 800k now.

This ends the thread is chainsaw a millionaire or not… until the next wsop

This ends the thread is chainsaw a millionaire or not… until the next wsop

imagine if the bankroll boost transforms him into a ruthless LAG max regging all the high stakes wsop events. would give hope to OMCs everywhere

then again it seems highly likely he sold 95% of his action on this buffalo slot play

I dont know how to read slot machines, what does a single pull on this one cost?

$125/spin

pretty wild, honestly happy for him whether you like him or not hes been an interesting part of the poker/gambling world for ages

$125/spin

He was buying the bonus here, so paying $125 to go straight to the bonus feature and skipping the spinning.

is this one of those where its slightly +ev overall to play?
cant see why chainsaw would play them otherwise
congratulations by the way!

Lmao thanks been off twitter or would of seen this

Leave it to this ****ing guy to win a 1.2 mil jackpot on slots and the entire article is blogging his bitchfest about the choice he has to make in payouts

But how much did he lose?

by Neil S k

But how much did he lose?

He tweeted that he spent about $12,000.

He tweeted that he spent about $12,000.

Or is he asking lifetime

by Defarse k

wow im kinda disappointed tbh

Why is he playing a -ev game? I would assume if he was +ev he would be booted. I also love on these things if you win the jackpot there's a fair chance they say the machine malfunctioned and don't pay you out. Big scam.

I don't believe for a moment that the game was minus EV. Allen doesn't degen on slots. He is an AP who plays with an edge. He might be playing because he is comped at Thunder Valley and doesn't want to lower his trip average because he makes several trips there a year playing in tournaments. If you are comped and don't give the casino action it's a quick way to lose your offers in the future. He gambles on machines occasionally that are just break even in expectancy but he knows when the games are positive. Anything with banked bonus games or a progressive reaches a plus EV point. You don't win every time. It doesn't matter if he was stuck 12K. In the long run it's going to cost less than 3K to win the 3K in expectancy. There is also a point based on how many banked bonus games that it becomes profitable to buy into the bonus round. I don't have the numbers on this game as it is fairly new. Chainsaw has a lot of connections with AP's so they probably provided him with numbers. They vary from casino to casino as some of the properties have a lower base return. Some places might have 85-87% and others may be closer to 90%. What's even more tricky is after these games are on the floor for while the manufacturer in this case Aristocrat comes in a "Nerfs" the game. They change the numbers where the banked bonus games become profitable. You as a patron don't know this. It's doesn't affect the regular customer because the hold of the game is same. The only thing you can rely on is other AP's at a particular location telling you their results have gotten worse. So now you have to wait for a higher number.
