Just check out the regulations and see if the casino did anything they should not have. Usually self excluded players that have excluded themselves for not addiction reasons can reopen accounts but it depends on the jurisdiction. Often there is a mandatory cool off period between request and reopening though.
It doesn't work that way. They just say they didn't know you were gambling. They can get fined by the gambling board but you won't get your money back. But if you win a jackpot, they will catch you , take the money, and have you arrested for trespassing.
this is about online gaming. So nobody is trespassing or going to get arrested.
In fact in regulated european markets that is how it work.s
If you are self excluded for addiction reason and manage to reopen your account you will 100% get back what ever you lost. They arent going to pay out winninge ither though.
