never bothered watching this cuz I'm just not into superhero genre at all but wife loved it and I found out seth rogan was an exec producer and I love all his stuff so checked it out and man just hooked me immediately and really love it so far.

Ive only made it thru the first two episodes of season 4... it just seems 'off'. Homelander and butcher are great as always, but everything else seems distractedly bad in an ancillary way.
Okay... i watched ep3 of sea4... it's better. I guess I will keep going.

im not sure i hear aussie/kiwi too but i think its meant to be cockney/english, its quiet a bad accent either way like it OTT but i think its meant to be ? not sure ha
If Hughie's mum is somehow deeply involved with Vought might have to bin it, one of the most overused tropes ever. Also seems this season has far more shock for shock's sake moments than other seasons, dunno if it's just me. Simon Pegg was great though

i agree its shock value at this point, i still enjoy watching it for the moments of madness, but i can say right now i wont rewatch the show in the future

it's always been really Aussie for me and never even close to cockney English.
I only realised his character was meant to be English when he visited his dad last season

The reveal at the end was absolutely epic. Both my girlfriend and I didn't see it coming at all.
Man.. episode 6 was so bad. Pure shock value, for laughs?, zero plot development the whole season.
Ep 4 and 5 were decent, but this season is shaping up to be the worst of the series.. by far.

For anyone still pissed off after the last episode ep7 is fantastic and sets up the season finale perfectly

Last two episodes were very good, shame that the first three quarters of the season was pretty meh.
Or maybe I just liked that the finale didn't end with them back in a room going 'gee, back to square one' with nothing having changed
