BvB flopped TP2K IP, passive line
10NL. No stats on villain. Should I 3bet (or fold) preflop? On the flop and turn I was thinking Villain has overcards or a worse Tx often enough to call but not to raise. I'm not loving the third barrel but is a crying call OK? What's a better line here, if any?

Villain is half potting, it's not like we're facing a b/ob/shove. What are you calling here?
We have tons of trips in our range, the only pure calls or raises are 2p+.
All the 1p hands are 0ev bluffcatchers in theory, and at low stakes people just aren't finding enough bluffs especially in bet/bet/bet lines. You can look it up in GTOWizard to see what exactly is pure calling vs mixing.
There are some V that do overbluff, but especially 10nl you won't have to watch too many showdowns to figure out who they are. I'm never making river call decisions at low stakes by randomizing with bluffcatchers, I'd rather just go with my read on population and/or V tendencies.
I would sometimes call and sometimes 3bet this hand blind vs blind. River is a bluff catcher but the price is okay to call I think.
