They added some smiley face reaction feature from what i can tell and that means an update… and w/ the update comes bad code…

this nuts man… you would have thought they had this figured out or beta tested or something.. but they just want to fly by the seat of their pants instead….

We need a name for all those affected by the none sense of this week.. i propose we call this TERRIBLE TUESDAY, to commemorate the 5/28/24 date they screwed this all up.. this definitely needs to make poker news and poker history to serve as some kind of notice to the industry

good list but auto time bank doesnt work preflop (at least in cash)
also dislike taking away rakeback. pretty significant change unless im missing something
never had geolocation issues until now
crashes when playing more than 4 tables (def not an issue with my pc i just built a new one)

action should still pick up a good amount, i mean theres millions more potential players. most nv/nj recs prob didnt pre reg so might take them a while to get switched over

overall def worse right now but imo likely will get better

Silent and unresponsive is WSOP support's normal operating procedures. It's a 72 hour ride on the magic escalator to nowhere. They are just that bad.

They are going to be forced to confront it this weekend when an influx of players comes on the site for bracelet events. Many of them will probably have geolocation issues, and given how unstable the site seems to be, I wouldn't be surprised at all if one or both of the bracelet events crash. That's when the people with voices will start sounding off (like DNegs or some pro with a twitter presence) and **** will hit the fan. I hope I'm wrong and they go smoothly though.

The software reminds me of an upgrade we got at a company I used to work at years ago that was a complete disaster. The fonts and everything are so similar that I wonder if they used the same company or software for the update. I haven't worked at that company for over 10 years, but still know people who do, and they said it's been a decade of unending whack-a-mole of bugs and issues that pop up every time an update is made. I really hope I'm wrong on this one too.

Figured it out after a while. Timebank only works preflop if there's a raise before you....I think. Extremely non intuitive.

I edited my post. I think it's only a raise before you. In that case you don't have to click the table. Not sure about a limp before you...

if this happens again (which is more than likely), you can simply close the program thru your task manager without having to shut down your system

Good news though, if you are in Vegas and are having issues just go to Paris, go straight past the turnoff to the cashiers (in the WSOP area, Paris side)

Between them and someone in n the WSOP cage that was obviously a bit higher level, got my situation sorted out.

Beyond the most basic strategy of resetting when {cards needed} > {hands remainingx2), I am not smart enough to figure out the GTO formula for when to reset.

I definitely won't play any tournaments until I'm sure how the time bank works. Nothing worse than being in a huge ICM spot not knowing if you're going to auto fold or not lol.

In cash if you are not in blinds and it's folded to you and you didn't click the screen or anything, your hand will be folded without time bank.

I would need to test more, but it makes sense if you move the mouse or click the screen in anyway then it probably auto time banks.

Also, in tournaments if you are in the ante phase then you have money in the pot and it probably works in all spots then.

Since there is no option to select time bank in a hand, then as long as you have shown you in front of your computer by clicking something or you have money in the pot then it should auto activate.

Lower left hand corner of the client is the Blast Promotion. It's a 3 handed S&G with a random prize pool, all 4 of mine were the minimum. Rat's ass might overvalue it.

Same, such an odd issue. The only thing I can think of is that it's a particular set of MBP's that use a specific type of OS version or something. Do you happen to have a MBP that is 2015-18ish?
