Does anyone still have geolocation issues? My case was escalated to IT 3 days ago, and I still haven’t heard anything, it still kicks me out after one hour of pay every time and then I can’t log back in (can’t verify location). I have tried everything, nothing works, must be a hangup on their end.

Is there some way to see whos at a cash game table without opening it?

has anyone figured out the auto top off glich for cash? sometimes it reloads and sometimes it doesnt

So tilted right now I made an ACH withdraw request on the old software the day before the software was upgraded and got the initial email confirmation just like I always do.

Never received the follow up email or the funds so I opened a ticket yesterday wondering wtf is going on.

Then I receive an email saying the funds were returned to my bankroll, I log in and it's not there! Now I'm stuck on hold for 20 minutes trying to get support FML

Might just drive down to Paris to talk to the clowns in the wsop booth if I cant get through on the phone

I actually had the same problem. I spent an hour on hold yesterday and another 30min on hold today to talk to someone. They said it might take up to 7 business days to have it sent back to the old account then it should get transferred to new account. I was like wtf why would you even take withdrawal requests then, I would have just let it all transfer over. Now it's in limbo somewhere and seems like it will take awhile to get sorted out. Very frustrating, especially since they only gave a few days notice that this was all happening.

Apparently, you can get problems solved faster by going to the WSOP booth.

Also, had 2 Asian dudes at my table today not local and they were playing each other a HU SnG on WSOP on their phones with each other. I asked if they had any problems signing up and depositing and they said WSOP booth fixed any issues they had.

Yeah, I've been on hold for 52 minutes now. Thanks for sharing please let me know here or DM when you get your funds and I will do the same.

The WSOP area is in between Horseshoe and Paris, just follow the crowd. When you find the massive area with 100's of tables, it's out in the hall not too far.

Yea, I've been getting close to the same RB as the old site. I think maybe you get more points the higher up your caesars reward level (I'm at 152 now), because the first couple sessions I played I was getting way lower.

One problem with the mystery bounties is that the clock keeps running when there opened. Just watched a big stack knock out 3 shorties and it took about 40 seconds for the envelope animation to complete. Seems nitty but when your short and levels are only 8 minutes it adds up quick.

Does anyone else have trouble downloading the new wsop nevada client on their windows laptop/pc? I keep getting a virus threat that Mcafree stops and its so bad I cant even manually bypass it. Anyone know whats up with that or if theyre still working on the windows version or something?

I can use it fine on my phone and ipad. Well fine in that it functions. Its pretty funny to think they spent years on this and its utter crap. I think it would be better if they said they werent spending any time or r&d on it and rushed it out to be done by summer which is why it looks like a 5th grader mashed it together.

Atleast you can play plo on mobile and multi table table, ill give them that. But its just so clunky and bleh. The not working on my laptop part is prolly poisoning my impression on it tbh

You have to disable virus software until after you download and install WSOP client.

They can't slow the clock on one table and not the others. Maybe they could make the slow roll a bit faster. lol

Got $25 playing 2 hours of .25/.50 and .5/1 so seems about right. Only thing is our levels reset at end of month. That's probably where they get us.

This is such a relief to hear. I just logged in to cash out, and it did reset to level 1 (new month out east already). But you got to this in just a few days so that's reassuring. I also wonder how often the card strike hits the higher payouts. This adds at least a little to rakeback over time.

Yea I also just got reset to 1, but if I got to level 151 in 4 days, I'm wondering if you get even more rakeback after multiple weeks of play. Will be interesting to see this month...
