Lmao I just got a message back from their support saying I need to send them the card associated with my account (already did) and they didn't even get the last four digits right in the email. I won't be playing another hand on this site until the mess is cleaned up.

For anyone in Vegas, it’s worth the trip down to the wsop.com room. I’ve been in the process of moving the last week at least and just ignored all the stuff happening online which was a big mistake. Anyway these were by far the most helpful people I’ve ever seen employed by wsop. I had a boatload of questions that they either straight up answered or they promised a follow up. I put in the concerns we all had about rakeback and they explained they wanted the regulars to face as little change as possible and they recognized the problem. I couldn’t even transfer the funds over without verifying my ss document and they found a work around in about fifteen minutes

Where is this located?

I got a new bug tonight. After one of the times when it froze or closed and I had to re-login (it's been happening about once per hour or so), all of my color codes on players changed. Reds became oranges and yellows became greens. Lol.

It asks for a WSOP ID player number but there's no such thing where they tell you to look. The only number under personal details is a Support ID. No clue if that's it or not.

It resets every month now so it's not the old system.

I'm on Windows 7 lol. Works but insanely laggy. Have Windows 10 laptop haven't tried yet but sounds like they need a software overhaul. What a **** show of a launch. I'd much rather be playing on old site without Michigan.

I saw someone post this on X, you mean on mobile right? I haven't seen this be a problem on desktop. I have played many hours of tournaments and never had an issue.

I already have a feeling trying to do a withdrawal is going to be a nightmare. Can't do PayPal? WTF.

The only way it's letting me try to do a withdrawal is with an old savings account I haven't had in like 3 years, I tried putting in a new account and it won't let me even attempt to verify it.

Pretty weird yesterday too on a soft bubble for $215 125K Mystery Bounty. I was watching other 4 tables (26 got entries, 27th got like $80-some bucks) as we were down to 28. I was 26/28 (or so I thought) I saw somebody go all in at outer table and lose that was covered, I was on BTN with 1.8 bb, I go all in with KJo, get called by SB with AKo. Oh well I'm thinking well this stinks but at least I got $88 for 27th, rest get entries. I see I'm eliminated and nothing but somehow it all ended, people got their entries, etc. Someone else squeaked the money. Wha?

I wasn't sure about that one. It seemed really fishy. Now I'm not bent over $20, it was just really odd, I've never seen that happen and I'm watching all the tables to try and get in. Our table was the last to act because we were hand-for-hand. I feel like there was some weird lag in the number of people left vs what was on screen or something. I don't know. Again I'm not bent over it, just an observation I noticed others may want to be aware of. I maybe didn't pay close enough attention too, but I dunno. Odd situation. I wish I was recording or had some way to go back and review the situation.

I read earlier that you are supposed to enter your WSOP.com support ID #. But unfortunately when I click on "click here to link to your account" I don't get the option to enter my Support ID #, when using either my phone or my laptop.

yea sofware is not great but action is way better and i bet there are still a decent amount of recs that havent even switched over yet... and hey, no waitlist glitch anymore 😃

The “Support ID” is the number you use for your WSOP Player ID. Unfortunately they have not updated all these pages to make it clear and easy for the players.

Haha ya. Replaced that glitch with one that just auto closes the client and costs you whatever money you had in any pots. Sick trade off! 😀

I did a withdrawal a few days before the launch of the new software. Today(7 days later) got an email saying that my withdrawal was canceled and would be credited to my account. This is not reflected in my account. Reminds me of trying to withdraw from full-tilt in the months leading up to Black Friday!

Seemed to work. Thanks. I figured if it said "ID" it was the correct number...just confusing. Wsop seems to be regressing lol.

same thing happened to me. i just emailed them, let me know what happens with regards to your withdrawal.
