Almost 200bb deep in the BB vs a 3x open (assuming most people 2-2.5x) I would 3b fairly tight for value to a larger size. Never raising mono flops is probably fine, would go smaller and never use this hand. River I'm guessing you're misunderstanding blockers this isn't a good bluff catcher.

Usually folding this pre but whatever. Flop call is far too loose in this configuration and sizing, turn is probably fine I'm guessing their checking range is a bit too weak. Vs shove you're crushed by value and bluffs.

Go to GTO Wizard and DTO Poker or any solver trainer. This is miles from what the optimal play should be.
In general, it seems to me that you are massively overplaying marginal hands. Take the first hand you posted, for example. You had 99. The PF 3-bet is questionable but not terrible, especially if up against a villain who is aggressive and raising a lot PF, but you could also simply flat the raise and not bloat the pot with a hand that likely is at best a coin flip at this point.
On the flop is where you started botching it. You basically have third pair with a low flush draw on a monotone board. Question for you - how would you play a similar flop except that it limped to your BB and you had 9c3h? Basically that hand would have about the same relative strength as the 99 you actually had - 3rd pair and a small flush draw. Are you really going to c/r with 93 in that spot? Your actual hand was nothing more than a bluff catcher with possibly a bit of extra equity from the flush draw. You should not be check raising here. A call maybe; I would not argue with a fold either depending on villain reads.
AP you almost have to bet either the turn or river. Checking both just invites a bet from villain, as actually happened. It is a pretty easy fold on the river, which is why I would have just given up on the flop.
Many of your other hands show similar overplays. This is especially true when you continue to call or even raise in the face of an opponent who is showing strength. Here is a hint - when your opponent reraises you or when he check raises, that is often a sign of strength. You probably should not be playing your one pair hands aggressively in such spots.
Some of these were unfortunate runouts, such as the JJ that got beaten by a set or the KJ where you flopped two pair and lost to the straight on the river. These happen, but you still could do more to minimize your losses. For example on the JJ hand you went three ways to the flop. When multi-way, itÂ’s a good idea to play it less aggressively than heads up. A check on this flop would not be bad. If you do bet, a smaller sizing would be better. Against a massive raise like you faced, IÂ’m not sure even JJ is a call. He raised into an initial bet and a caller - that is usually strong. What hands that JJ beats are going to raise into a PF three bettor plus a call? AT is not going to. No other Tx (if any even call the 3! PF) would. Maybe 99 with second pair plus a straight draw, but that really is about it as far as I can see.
