Down 13 buy ins in 24h/1,600 hands - probs not just bad beats. What leaks are in these spots?

Please be brutally honest. I think I have a decent idea what I did wrong but I would appreciate feedback too.

This might be one of the biggest punts I’ve ever seen tbqh. Calling off 55 to a 5x overbet jam on that board is completely insane. Villain having Kd6d is like the best case scenario and they still have you crushed

I would suggest moving down to the lowest stake possible to develop your game, unless of course torching $500-$1000 a month is nbd for you

The main issue here is that you want to both bet big with marginal hands into and make very light calls against strong ranges - learn to check and fold more, especially when out of position, and watch your EV line go up
