Yes, i was, we might have got stuck in the middle that day or 2 is was broken.
I uninstalled completely, downloaded again from the coin poker site and installed again. Once its installed its opened, then looks for an 2 or 3 updates and adds them on top of the new install. Then opens and works. Hope this helps.

Only half of my MTT fees are being converted/returned using CHP. Does this mean that the rakeback on MTTs is only 16.5%? Is this stated somewhere because I can't find anything that says that the RB% is different between cash and MTTs.

Hi! Every time when you close the tables you receive your rake 50% IN USDT if you have got CHP. You can check it in your history when you close the table you receive usdt back and the deduct the CHP.
Am I the only one that cannot take notes of a player at the table (am a Mac user) since the last update, or is an issue that should be resolved soon?
Again 10 weeks gone and still squeezing out a swapping fee of 5%.

I was given that Jan date, then the dev team ran into delays, my apologies. I'm still chasing it up as much as I can. We're a small site, although much larger than a year ago, and a bit understaffed - currently hiring more people and undertaking a full review of our product this quarter.
After the fee it's 31.35% effective rakeback, one of the best out there, as is our bonus (only 2x wagering requirement).

But why dont you just allow it to be sold on your software? So basically players buy CHP on your software for a price, but that price is not going to be matched on Quickswap depending on liquidity?
Dont you think its a scam that its mandatory to have CHP that you are selling to get rakeback but you then don't rebuy it back?
Because if you were really worried about players and not about creating value to your token by creating demand for it with this scheme you would simply buy it back on your software and then do the swap yourself on Quickswap in the backoffice.
