Anyone else having trouble connecting to support chat this weekend? Usually get through in 10-30 mins but have waiting over an hour 3 different times and it never connects me with anyone.
Can anyone give clarity?
It seems that note taking/labeling is only valid for the current game/table? Once the tournament/SNG ends, notes/labeling are gone.
