A full week gone by and after a few client app updates I still can’t multi-table with the same ongoing geolocation issues present. I try Windows, I try Mac and still no luck. Browser works fine but this is such garbage.

Adding multi tabling for mobile should be a top priority most recreational players play on mobile devices and it would solve the numerous geo location issues ppl are having on the app specifically

What are cash out time frames currently?

Have you cashed out previously? Do you need to submit a W-9?

My first cash out ($1k last month) took a week before it was in my bank account because of the W-9 process. Since then I have withdrawn twice for a similar amount and it has taken 3 or 4 days to clear.

I just played here for the 1st time this weekend. In for 300, won a tourney. Tried to withdrawl 2k. Waited 4 days. Still pending. Emailed asking what was the wait. Then they send me a link for taxes. I can't believe it. So now I have to decide to fill out the form. Or withdrawl 550 at a time. Horrible absolutely horrible. There was literally no warning or a heads up about this. And if I didn't email them, it would have stayed in pending forever. Unplayable site.

Here’s the thing is you can make 2 with draws of 550 and then another 550 but the combined 1100 is over the 600 threshold and now a w-9 is triggered.

Gotta all file as pro gamblers and itemize the deposits as training and write it off vs your rewards (I think) I’m no tax expert obviously

Unfortunately, you can’t structure your withdrawals to below 600 each time. Once the TOTAL amount exceeds 600 for the year then you get slapped with the 1099. So yes your first withdrawal can be 550 but once you hit that threshold then the form must be completed for additional amount.

I'm waiting on a cashout and it has been pending for a few days with no email for a w9 or anything else regarding a cashout. Support doesn't respond either. Any other suggestions? This is my first cashout here.

I submitted my first request for a withdrawal on a Monday and didn't get an e-mail for the W-9 until Thursday, so it's definitely normal for it to take a few days. I think the e-mail may have gone to my spam folder as well, so make sure you are checking that.

FWIW, the delay in approval (more than 24 hrs)and allowing you to cancel your withdraw almost certainly to lose it back.

I have cashed out quite a bit and it is super annoying to win a little something (few hundred) and wait 3 days for an approval then another 1-2 days for the money.

It’s a scammy system imo and sites like draft kings that are also legal, process cash outs in literal seconds

I wouldn't be surprised if you're correct and it is calculated. This is the fourth sweepstakes model site I've played on and the other 3 (Global, Stake, Clubs) were all much faster with withdrawals (1 - 3 days max).

That said, the whole site is so budget and the improvements are being rolled out so slowly, that I also wouldn't be surprised if the slow withdrawals are just because the site is mis-managed and under-staffed.

i just had the same thing happen. 4 table cash game all tables " This Room is No Longer Available" and money not back in account

Another player posted about the same issue in NVG. Bovada, Ignition, WSOP and now WPTgold having issues at same time seems more than coincidental.

Cash game table won't even load on the browser. On the app it says "Room no longer available" for every table I click.

Yeah the cashgame lobby isn't loading in browser or app currently.

Hopefully they are either fixing the geo location issues on the app or adding multi table to the browser

This site just died apparently. Hopefully we get refunds on active games.

Edited to add - I was in the $11 1R1A 10k and it went to break as normal at 10:55 pm Central. When the timer counted down to zero that's when it completely shut down. So it seems the tourney issues here happened after the cash problems earlier.

well i was smart i only put $100 on and ran it up to $800 when i discovered that i had the location problem and was stuck with one table. now after reading this thread about the money restrictions i'm finished here. i've been a professional poker player for 57 years and died in 1967.

Once you hit 600 it doesn't matter what amount you withdraw. You have to fill out the W-9. There is no way around it. Or 1099......they are probably waiting for you to fill it out

This site is a scam. Put $100 to see whats up, won 800 then the doom switch. After 57 years of being a professional poker player and playing online from mike Caro ( first one)onward this is the worst, even than ultimate bet. I can't believe they have mike sextons trophy. I played with him a lot back in the 70s.
