Anyone else have a blank lobby? I just deposited for the first time ever to check out the PLO action. Feel scammed already lol. I just have a blank lobby, 0 tables. Anyone know what’s going with this site?

Edit: OK I got it to load and joined a table and then got the you must download the app to multi table pop-up. So i download the app and now the geo location says “Sorry ClubWPT Gold is not yet available in Washington, Idaho, Montana and Michigan”. Every single time i try to log in. I am in California. I remember when I first made an account on this site and was just checking out the action and considering depositing I would get this ~50% of the time I tried to access the site. Can anyone give me any tips on how to improve my geo location on this stupid cock sucking ****** whore site?

Was playing PLO with about 1.5k balance. Lost hand for around 300 to short stack. My table glitched out/closed, reloaded and only had 475 balance. Over 20 mins later my balance is still short.....

Most of the geolocation software for sportsbooks work like this, they use the physical hardware (wifi adapter) to communicate with other nearby hardware to triangulate your location. So your device HAS to have WIFI for it to work, and HAS to be in range of other devices.

The desktop app still gives me errors when entering 2fa (unexpected error) on my laptop. I need to desk on my desktop computer, but my laptop is windows 11 with a snapdragon processer (ARM instead of x86) so its possible it may be a compatibility issue there.

Just started on this site. I played a bit of PLO, and then came back, and somehow all the games are gone! I have all stakes and all games checked, and nothing's showing up. A few minutes ago there were dozens of games. Is this just some stupid bug or all the games down again?

While I'm on the topic of their horrible software, am I correct that:

1) There's no "wait until BB" option? You sit down, and you just have to post?
2) There's no "auto top up" either?
3) You can't multitable? I tried on the website, and it said I could only multitable using the app, but I can't seem to do it there either.

does anyone know how cashout works?

i bought 2500 coins for 2499.99$, i am currently only able to exchange out my profits, my initial 2500 chips says "unplayed" next to it and i cannot exchange that for $.

Chatgpt also telling my i can never withdraw that 2500$ because its not an actual "cash deposit" lol

You have to rake 10% first like every other site

have you actually played any hands? if not you wont be able to withdrawal. you typically need to play through 1x the amount of the withdrawal (ie have culmulative bets of 2500 that have been called) before you can withdraw.

yes i played a couple hours of 1/2(1)plo 6max and 1/2/4(1)plo 8max so i assume i must have played through by now

PLO tables hide your holecards until it's your turn, is this some anti-collusion feature?

Is this also why you cant browse the table lobby, it just sits you at a random game @ your desired stake?

Almost every poker site in the world requires at least 10% rake of any deposit. IE, deposit $1000, you need to rake $100 to withdrawal your $1, 000. Anything you win above and beyond that can be taken off immediately.

might be a bug, id email support, its possible it wont let you withdraw ANY of your initial deposit until youve met the playthrough for it in its entirety.

It is an anti-collusion feature. Doug confirmed this on stream yesterday: every time a fold is made, the deck is reshuffled. Therefore, any info shared about folded cards is worthless. I also assume the lack of table selection and use of the "table change" option is to help prevent colluding too.

So the tournament rake like $20 + 2, the 2 counts as a rake? Sorry if I wasn't clear, was referring to tournament play not cash. I don't often play cash and I haven't don't withdraws since the "olden days" pre-US blackout

This is confusing. Does that mean if I fold UTG another player could get one or more of my cards? Does it mean one or more of my cards could end up on the board? Wouldn't this mean the last to act player is more likely to get a deuce than an ace, since the ace is less likely to be folded? Could the same be said about the board?

Yes, there's a very minor card bunching effect that changes outputs slightly in reshuffle. You're supposed to be slightly tighter in late positions than you would in a normal format and high cards get slightly reduced in value as low boards happen slightly more often.

I've tested this, and the effect is there but fairly minor. Anyone trying to think about this likely needs to think about 100 more important things first, but it's there!

Are you sure about this? I just played for about half an hour and I did not notice any of the cards I folded ever appearing again, either on the board or in the hands of the other players whose hands made it to showdown.

More likely he is playing at ACR or another WPN site. They do the reshuffle on Omaha MTTs, including O8 and 5-card variations. WPT Gold is NOT using a reshuffle.

Just repeating what Doug said on the livestream when asked about the hole cards not appearing until it's your turn to act. At first, he was confused that the cards weren't appearing until it was his turn to act. Later, he mentions that the deck is being reshuffled after a fold, so it seems like he goes from not understanding to confirming with someone at ClubWPT Gold. If you watched to see any of your folded cards on boards and didn't see any once, I agree it does seem indicative of no reshuffling occurring.

It would be understandable if he assumed they used re-shuffle as it is unusual to see one feature without the other. Both are used on ACR, WSOP and 888, I don't know about others. Neither are perfect as the colluding ****ers just don't fold pre and share their cards after.

This was also my experience. I can't yet multi table the same stake.
