The **** just happened? All tables closed and no tables in lobby.

This happened a bunch today and my balance still isn't correct. I haven't heard back from support. They're probably dealing with a bunch of issues today from the update.

I won $5 yesterday on the freeroll and won $1 in the giveaway. That should put me at about .03% in rewards for the month counting the free $11. You just have to work for it.

just fyi the 1099 they send you is ONLY for withdrawals it does not net deposits / withdrawals. (i figured this would be the case and only ever made one small deposit, the rest of the money i had on there was from mailins).

Got double gift boxed today for a grand total of $10. That brings my grand total "rakeback" to $16 on 16000 hands. Their generosity knows no bounds.

That said, as a primarily PLO player these days - I'm actually in favor of having giveaways rather than rakeback as the amount of bad NL players who swarm the tables for the giveaways is worth far more during the promotions.

Have the payouts gotten ANY faster or is it still 3-4 days

Is anyone else concerned how the unredeemable balance is going to be calculated during next months California days?

Let’s Say i start next months California days with a 5k unredeemable balance.

Day 1- start my session with a 2k loss but end the session even. So 2k is now redeemable
Day 2- I lose 2k for the day. Ending balance 3k.

Are they going to deduct that 2k loss from my unredeemable balance? So I’d have 1k unredeemable and 2k redeemable

Deduct it from my redeemable balance and I’d have a 3k unredeemable balance.

Something weird/ glitchy happened to me at 10c20c/40c PLO. It was a 4 way all in but me and another player still had chips and after the flop his stack said he only had $16 left so I bet that amount and he called . So now on the turn somehow he was able to bet pot and his stack read -$41.75, . I’m not positive but I think he had a bigger stack and it was just a glitch with the stack amounts . It only cost me $21 so it wasn’t a big deal but if it was for alot of money I would of been upset

I can't see my card in PLO until it is my turn and then only have a 10 second clock before I time out...is this standard?

Yes they do this for PLO but not hold em

Site completely froze on me today. Hand went to showdown that I wasn't involved in and it just sat there. No error message, just didn't deal the next hand. Or, presumably, it did deal the next hand and it just didn't show that happening and I silently timed out. Couldn't even close the table; had to shut down the entire app. Thankfully it was the only table I had open at the time.

Could someone please explain to me why poker clients today are shittier than they were 25 years ago? How is this possible?

Lack of investment, Party Poker has throwables but the software lags when I use them so they are useless. Ipoker the desktop client is ok but the mobile one I have to clear storage every other time I log in or it won't let me in. 888 has glitches that make a seat unavailable if someone left it and I try to sit there.

These issues are small easy fixes but the sites don't care to fix em. As long as there rakin they're takin.

What do we want? Rakeback!

I'd rather have soft games than rakeback with nits.

Maybe not an exact rakeback, but how about X amount of play = ability to redeem for an MTT ticket.

For those looking for their 1099, I received an email titled "Tax1099 eDelivery Consent by Grand Cru Concepts Ltd" on Jan 30th to access my 1099 misc. It looked like a phishing scam so I contacted ClubWPT Gold Customer Service and they it was legitimate, and to follow the instructions in the email. I did and i was able to download my 1099.

Wow, thanks. I got that e-mail too and just assumed it was spam.

Received the same email on 30th. Completely missed it when it was sent. Good looking out.

To their credit - they DID invest in building a "CA Game Days" toggle switch which appears to be completely pointless.

I also believe they're putting significant R&D dollars towards improving their RNG to ensure all dollars go to the person who gets it in worst 100% of the time. The science isn't quite there yet - but they're close.
