In the past Im a breakeven player nobody cares how play or what I do for years.

Than:

I learning a lot and buy coaching lessons, now I wining player on 888. But they suspended my account because “ seating or aids script”. For 1 month in christmas time. Its awful. This is the best month in the year and I cant play. I havent got any problem if they check my account but ban for 1 month.. Why?

I only use Hand2Note and 888caption..
I Never use any seating or aids script!!!!!!!

Im really sad and this is Unfair. If you a breakeven player no problem, if you win they suspend and ban your account for 1 month. Ahh okay in christmas time…

I've been "temporarily banned" for 7-8 months now, with no progress and no explanation for the ban, what I need to give up, etc.
I realized long ago that you simply don't want to move my case forward and unban me, but I've already asked for my money back five times. I received my last message a month ago, apologizing for the delay.
But an apology won't return my "temporarily banned" money.

Account name p00ki3 my account has been locked because I can't provide tax returns, I cant do this as I currently play full time. I wish I read through this thread before depositing, I just want my deposit back and my account closed at this rate. I have sent three bank statements and proof of winnings on another site for source of funds. I haven't actually been able to play since the deposit, I just want this initial deposit back. Last time I had to do verification it took over 3 months, then they said my bank statements were now too old. I hope it can be sorted quickly this time and appreciate any help you can give.

Hi all! Im a winning player at 888. They blocked my account for 1 month in Christmas time… What a joke is this?!

You can play online poker 0-24h in 2025, but they checking an account for 1 month. Sorry but this is incredible unprofessional.

Nobody help, nobody cares.
This attitude really helps growing the poker community and traffic.

I share this ^^ experience on 888 official reddit sub and they remove it and They permamently banned me. Why can’t it be shared with others if certain matters are not handled properly?

Recently I had a larger win on my account and therefore requested a withdrawal. The Visa card I used previously for deposits and withdrawals applies a relatively poor EUR / USD exchange rate, so I decided to use another Visa card with a better exchange rate for future transactions.

As far as I understand your system, in order to use a new card for withdrawals it first has to be verified by making a small deposit. This is why I deposited the minimum amount of 5 USD with the new card before requesting the cashout. There was no other intention behind this transaction than linking the new card for future withdrawals.

I am using my account for regular poker play only and I am of course happy to provide any additional information or documentation if needed.
