Have a withdrawal that has been 'awaiting process' for 2 weeks now despite the withdrawal timelines stating 5 days as a maximum?

Now reading this thread I am highly concerned, can this please be raised for me ?

This long waiting time has never occurred during this period. I only received one response to my email to kontakt888.de, stating that I would receive a reply within 72 hours. Unfortunately, this reply never arrived. A subsequent email was also ignored. I expect my money to be paid out as quickly as possible, as it has been in past years and decades. What happens if you accidentally have Monkersolver running when you log in to your poker client? Alternatively, if you accidentally turn on the program while the client is open (out of carelessness, not to use the program while playing).

I have no intention of doing anything that goes against your rules. I just want to know what happens if, by mistake, you carelessly start what I assume is a prohibited program.

Update failed "cannot extract resources". Anyone else having this issue? Two updates on the trot this has happened but a re-install does fix it.

Can I ask if there's anything I can do to help and how long does an investigation typically take?

Are 888 planning on going browser only? The download option doesn't appear on the website for me anymore and has been like this since the failed update in early November. I have to get too it before entering the website on google.

They stopped using the browser on about the 12th of October.

1. After restarting the poker client, this option is always reset to default:

As I can see, poker client saves these settings to LobbySettings.json, but it seems it doesn't read it back

2. In the latest 888poker.com client version (4-8.50-6-64) there is no way to switch lobby to Play money
For some users, the poker client freezes when trying to switch, while for others it logs out

My name is cracyIChuck on 888poker.

My account was blocked after I participated in the $500 Sportsfan Freeroll. I have already contacted customer support, but the block was left in place.
In your email, you explained the reason:
"We have also been noticing that you often register for tournaments and/or sit at poker cash tables with your deposited amount, without having any activity going on in the respective games."

I would like to clarify the situation.

When I won money in the $500 Sportsfan Freeroll (00:03 EEST), the funds were credited to my bonus account, not my main balance. To release these funds and move them to my main account, I needed to place a sports bet with odds of at least 1.5 and with a stake equal to six times the bonus amount. The key issue is that wagering can be completed only with bonus funds, not with money from my main balance.

Because of this, I had to temporarily register for tournaments using all the money from my main account (over $500) so that I could place a bet using my bonus balance and clear the wagering requirement. After placing the bet, I unregistered from the tournaments. Unfortunately, there is no other way to use the bonus funds or complete the rollover.

I understand that registering for tournaments and then not playing is not allowed. I was blocked once about 1.5 years ago for registering for very low-buy-in tournaments (0.01c / 0.1c) and sometimes forgetting to play in them. Since then, I have been very careful and have not repeated this.
Honestly, I did not know that unregistering from tournaments for the purpose of wagering a bonus was not allowed. I did not find this rule in the Terms & Conditions.

I am very sorry for this situation. I have been a member since February 2010, and I have always enjoyed playing on 888poker - tournaments, BLAST, cash games, sports bets, roulette, and slots. I currently have about $550 in my account, most of which I earned in tournaments. I haven’t withdrawn these funds because I fully trusted your platform. I never intended to cause any issues.

If possible, please disable all bonuses and promotions on my account but allow me to continue playing. If this is not possible, I kindly ask that you allow me to withdraw my existing funds.
