I finally got through it, started playing, and then, bam! They closed my account, aren't responding to my messages, and aren't refunding my money. I've always had such a positive attitude toward this room and recommended it to my friends. I really hope they'll change their attitude toward their players.

I am writing to formally complain about the ongoing failure to respond to my previous inquiries and the unexplained suspension of my account.
On 21-02-2026, I made a deposit in the amount of USD 800. After playing for approximately 30 minutes, I requested a full withdrawal of the entire balance. Shortly thereafter, my account was temporarily disabled without any prior notice, explanation, or stated reason.
I confirm that I have not violated any of the platform’s terms and conditions. Given the extremely short period of activity on the account, no breach could have occurred.
Despite multiple attempts to contact your support team, I have received no response or assistance. The continued withholding of my funds without providing any justification constitutes an unreasonable delay and appears to be in breach of your obligations as a licensed gambling operator.
In light of the above, I am now compelled to escalate this matter to the relevant regulatory authorities. I am preparing formal complaints to:

Hello, I have the same problem, username: Ellenatorbeen playing here ten years from Chile, suddenly all withdrawal methods-Skrill, Neteller, Luxon-got blocked. Only bank transfer left. I deposited with those e-wallets, why can't I pull out the same way Now they want a bank statement with my address, SWIFT code, account number, all in one. But Chilean banks don't print addresses

I got a temporary fix and the block returned immediately. Multiple support chats and even contact through a manager have achieved nothing.
A friend from Argentina had the exact same issue. Another friend (a poker coach) can't even play because 888 refuses to accept his proof of funds as a professional player.
This is starting to look like a deliberate pattern to frustrate and lock in long-time winning players.
Keep only the bare minimum to play. If you don’t get lucky with support, they will drag this for months, asking for one document today and something different tomorrow. Don’t give them any excuse to keep your money hostage.
