FYI,

To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:

Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

I've registered my account in Belarus , then i moved to Kazahstan . I provided you documents to prove my current place of living in KZ
There was a "gap" when i was already living in Kazahstan but my account was still on Belarus registarion
What is a problem in it ? We discussed this with you in the chat and I received a reply that it is not prohibited.

1.I have a question regarding card strike, i read T&C and didnt fint it anywhere answer on my Q - amount of money you can get is based on if you are winning/losing player?! i play every month around 60-80k hands and i have never( and i mean never ever) got more than 1BB in the prize, while rec players almost never win minimum prize.

2.also my preferred cash game limits, cash game range get reset every time i close/open client, is it a global bug?

3. when im on the waiting list and accept seat i get pop up that seat is open once again after opening table and sitting down, very annoying when multi tabling. is it a global bug or just me.

@8th wonder , 1. Yes, it is, and no, 888 will not disclose it. Same with their roulette , where instead of equal probabilities as roulette implies, if You are wining player 99.99% of time You will get same one prize, and for rest sectors You have 0.01 % combined.
2. 3. Yes, global bugs 888 and devs don't give a **** about them.

Daily Spin u mean. A bit unfair to say roulette imo.

They should change the format of this daily spin. Make it a chest/slot or whatever.

On the same day, I received a question from the Operations Team regarding the country of my login, which I responded to on the same day. Since then, I have not heard anything, and my withdrawal request has not been processed. Your website states that withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. What is the reason for the delay?

Furthermore I want to ask if there is any kind of telephone or chat support as required by german regulatory? I can't access live chat and I tried to call +44 162 624 4788, +44 146 020 2047 as well as +44 122 610 7846 several times in the past few days as well as other german players did and there seem to be no active support member. Is there any possibility to call or chat with 888 (e.g. in english)?

I don't understand what do you mean.

If the issue has already been resolved and you write "ok", then where is the money? I still haven't received them.
If the issue is still under consideration, what is the time frame for its resolution?
I can't wait forever for your support team to decide to do their job.
