To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:
Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

If the issue has already been resolved and you write "ok", then where is the money? I still haven't received them.

hello, when I try to enter the poker client, it says that access is limited, contact support. I uploaded all the documents that were required of me on the website, but the restrictions are not removed. I was not given the reason for the restriction, my funds remained on the account. Nickname in poker room - starantor . I did not violate any rules of the game and I do not understand why they do not restore access to the game, despite the fact that notifications come that my documents have been accepted and everything is fine with them.

Proof of address can be a document that shows your name and address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued ID.
Examples of proof of address
Utility bills: Gas, electricity, water, phone, or broadband bills
Bank statements: Recent bank statements or credit card statements
Government-issued IDs: Driver's license or passport
Rental agreements: Lease agreement or mortgage contract
Letters: Letters from a public authority, employer, or school
Insurance policies: Car or home insurance policy
Voter registration: Voter registration card or confirmation of voter registration
Benefits letters: Entitlement to benefits letter, such as child benefit, housing benefit, or universal credit
Payslips: Payslip for a UK-based job

Maybe ask them what else they would accept, as whatever you're providing now isn't working for them?

Hello, I would like to know what about my question? I've been playing on 888 for probably more than 10 years and never had any problems before. I would like to know the reason for the restriction and how I can get my funds back.

Just an advice to you guys: do not play PLO5 and PLO6 online. This game is only for offline land-base poker room.
Big issue is that if there are 2-3 "friends" at online table (or 1 player with multi accounts) - they will know 12-18 hole cards. And you always will be destroyed.

Can you name the players and which stakes they play? I havent seen anything like this at plo6cards. But im pretty sure that at 4card plo there are 2brazilians who sharing their cards or something.

no sense to post nicknames and so on. There will be more and more "team players" in this game. It is an issue on all poker site which offers these games. It is what it is. And poker site can't do anything with this. I am just advising, nothing more. It is you money and your decision.
