For more than two weeks my account has been limited and is under review... History and essence of the problem:
I was asked for documents, and I provided them... after that I received several letters from 888poker confirming my documents... after which every Monday I received letters in the mail asking for the same documents... I contacted the 888 live chat to find out why I was receiving these letters, because I had already provided the documents... they answered that my documents had already been accepted and confirmed, saying that I could ignore this request, since my documents were in order... I thought, well, maybe the bot sends these emails automatically to everyone without distinction... since my documents were accepted and approved, then everything is ok, I thought... after some time I received a letter from 888poker that my account was blocked because I had not provided documents within 30 days from the moment of their first request... I contacted the live chat and even provided them with screenshots with emails from 888poker confirming the requested documents... they told me that they would pass this on to the appropriate department and contact me by mail... after about a week without receiving an answer, I sent documents and screenshots with confirmation of previously sent documents by mail, having responded to the email about blocking my account... a couple of days later I received a response that the documents were accepted and would be reviewed... after which about another week passed without a response... several times I contacted the live chat, but as I understand it they do not decide anything and simply inform me that my account is under review... a couple of days ago I uploaded documents through the lobby cashier, although I cannot log into my account in the usual way, only through the link to upload documents... I thought that perhaps by uploading documents through the cashier, someone would respond in the proper way and I would receive a clear response from 888poker... today I received a response from the 888poker operating system, it was written that the documents were successfully processed and so on... but I still cannot log into my account... I cannot understand what is even happening?! it feels like no one is dealing with this issue... I hope that you can somehow help resolve this situation!

Does anyone have issues withdrawing with 888poker due to them not allowing you to withdraw using your main deposit and withdraw method? I use neteller and previously used skrill. I withdrew by neteller and the funds were not credited to my account and I was told I can't use neteller as a withdrawal method anymore. The only option they offer me is wire transfer. The issue is nobody where I'm at is going to withdraw by wire transfer due to the currency exchange fees and all that.
Does anyone here only withdraw by neteller and skrill but was told they can't withdraw by those methods anymore? If so, what method did you use or did they eventually allow you to withdraw by it?
