The next support member thinks that I have received a ticket specially for the ticket starting on 29.07.25 at 18:00 but it unfortunately already expired before the tournament started... No I didn't receive it and that is exactly the reason I had contact with live support and am writing for the 3rd time now...

Hi, I put in a withdrawal request on 22/07. Received an email the next day saying that it had failed and to contact [email][email protected][/email] which I did. I am yet to receive a reply nor has the money been credited back in to my account.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I've been trying desperately to get in touch with customer support since last November, since 888 is still holding some of my funds after 888 left / was forced to leave the Dutch market.
I sent 5 emails, with some promises back that my emails would be forwarded to the relevant department, only to never hear about it again... could you look into this? My username is the same as it is here. The last reply I received was Feb 7, where I think my emails received the follow-up number 318600, at least that was in the subject header... but no responses anymore after that, despite multiple emails from my side.

I can confirm this is the right username. I have it in writing from 888 that I reset my account password on the date 19 Nov 2024, right before sending my first email to support, and that email lists my name, username and email as having had a successful password reset.

Customer support says that my account is under review, but they did not specify any time frame for the review. I wrote to ask for clarification, but customer support stopped responding to me altogether. Please help me unblock my account, as there have been no violations and no requests for documents, etc. My username on 888 Poker is "Setone1" and my email address is "****"

Thank you very much for your prompt response to my email. I sent you everything you requested and provided explanations. I hope this won't take too long, as poker is my only source of income, and 888 Poker has always been and will remain a priority for me in my poker career and my favorite hobby.

No response via that link either and no other email correspondence. I've escalated this and made a formal complaint to 888holdings. My next step will be to escalate this to IBAS.
