Gibraltar based, licensed and regulated, 888poker has had a record breaking year thus far with several mile
They told me again that they did not accept my documents because the address does not match and asked me to explain why. I have been explaining to them every time for more than 6 months now. I sincerely hope that you can help me figure this out.

I canceled that Trustly withdrawal yesterday when I was able to log into my account. I would be happy to send a screenshot of that if Trustly had a page where I can log in.

Ive been in correspondence with your support over mail. I reside in a country 888 withdrew from a couple of years ago, and have been trying to get a report of my account history: "deposit, withdrawals, transactions on the site." Ive been sent 2 documents, one is 4325 pages long and seems to be hand histories in a somewhat cryptic format, the other simply shows all my deposits and withdrawals. So im missing all my mtts registrations and wins, i need this info for documentation. I dont have access to live chat, and the specialized team responding to my emails seem satisfied with the information provided. How do i proceed here? Is there a way for u to escalate this?

Is there any reason as to why it takes so long to update something as simple as the account's home address? I contacted you over a week ago now and sent in proof of address in different formats and still haven't received any reply. Given the numerous horror stories posted by people related to addresses not matching or not being updated or whatever, it would be ideal if this could be handled more swiftly. I contacted Stars with the same request, and they updated my address within a couple of hours. Why is it this way?

It has become a nightmare to withdraw. I've been registered and have verified my identity for over 10 years. I've made a lot of withdrawals and deposits, and now, all of a sudden, they're blocking my account and won't process a $1,500 withdrawal, it’s totally illogical, I don't know what financial problems they're going through. Two years ago they did the same thing to me and everything went in my favor because I have everything in order. Although they made me waste a lot of time and gave absurd answers for a couple of weeks, at least support answered at that time. Now it seems as if the support department has disappeared.
I've already sent the documentation to prove that the payment methods belong to me, plus other documents I'd previously sent. They keep sending automated messages asking me to upload the same documents to the site. There's no way to contact them or get personalized attention. With this dishonest and scammy behavior, I understand why they've lost so many people, or worse, I don't want to think that they are blocking accounts until they take the profits and declare bankruptcy, I've seen too many similar cases lately. There are sites like Betano or Pokerstars that don't use these types of tricks. I'm very disappointed, I want my money.
Of the $1,500 I want to withdraw, around $800 are deposits from my cards. They process the deposits without any security filters, very convenient for them.
I've been asking for someone to contact me for a week, even sending videos of my bank applications and screenshots of wallets to show all the data of the digital cards with which I made the last deposits, because according to them, the account statements that the bank sends me are not designed as they want, as if the bank followed 888poker's schemes to issue its account statements.
I have sent around 30 files with my complete data, screenshot videos logging into the bank app and around 10 emails without a response.
The instructions they provide for live chat do not end in any live chat, but rather in a FAQ page or at most a field to send a message that is never answered.

This is the third time I've been denied verification.
I've been playing onlinepoker for 15+ years. I've been verified dozens of times during this time, and I see that for reasons unknown to me 888 doesn't want to re-verify my account (as I said in one of previous message I've been registered for +/- 10 years and have a level of 450+ on 888).
I'll send the necessary documents for the fourth time, but I have a question: can the support service withdraw all my funds to the linked Luxon ewallet?
At the moment I have an unconfirmed withdrawal of $1060, and there is also $2039.64 left in the account.

Today my software has been trying to update but after the downloads etc. are complete, it keeps coming up with an extraction error!
0x000d8cc9 unable to extract resources - please contact support. It gives a link but obviously the link is to the AI support with no answers to this problem, and no way of contacting a human customer services person.
Is this a problem with the new download? is the bug going to be fixed?
