I'll get to the details:
I provided all the documents I requested!



Then my account was blocked, allegedly because I did not provide documents!
further, I fully described the situation both on the forum and in emails for 888poker...
after which I sent documents several more times!

but every time it's like I'm texting a new support worker who is completely unaware of the situation...

Here is the email I received today:


They answer with general phrases, without delving into the essence, at the same time they sent the same requests for documents..
this time they already need a Skrill statement for 3 months...
I don’t understand if this is a mistake or 888 support doesn’t understand that it can’t ask for whatever it wants... what’s the point of this statement anyway? I’ve already confirmed Skrill by sending a screenshot, which was the request!
not a single poker room asks for something like this! since this is everyone’s personal business, what amounts each user operates with, where they deposit, and so on!
the maximum I could do is take screenshots of deposits and withdrawals on 888poker... but to be honest I don’t understand why this is even necessary?!
888rep please, if possible, a brief comment on what’s going on and what to do in this situation? since this has been going on for a long time!

Maybe you can forward this not to the standard support, but to the guys who really can check it out ? I am not the only user with this issue.

Hello, I have this situation. In January, I won money and put it up for withdrawal. After which my account was blocked and they asked for documents. I sent the documents, but the address did not match the one indicated in the account, since I moved within the country and forgot to change it. I reported this. Several times during this time, they told me that they did not accept the documents because the address did not match and asked me to explain why. And I repeatedly explained that I moved and forgot to change it. The last time in July, they asked me again why the address did not match and again I answered, after which they said that the documents were under consideration. After which I wrote 3 times asking when the documents would be checked, to which I was told that I needed to wait. This has been going on for more than 6 months. At first, technical support did not answer me at all, I wrote dozens of messages to all possible emails. Then I wrote on Reddit on the official page and they answered me in private messages. As a result, this situation continues and I still cannot withdraw my money. On Reddit, they tell me that the documents are under consideration and I need to wait, but days, weeks and months pass and nothing changes.

I have described the situation in full several times, but you probably didn't take this into account when you wrote me this email... well, I'll tell you again in brief...

"I received a request to provide documents, and I provided them... after which I received several emails from 888poker confirming my documents... then, every Monday, I received emails asking me to provide the same documents... I contacted 888 live chat to find out why I was receiving these emails, since I had already provided documents... they replied that my documents had already been accepted and confirmed, told me to ignore these requests, since my documents were in order... I thought, well, maybe the bot automatically sends these emails to everyone indiscriminately... since my documents were accepted and approved, then everything is in order, I thought... after some time, I received an email from 888poker that my account was blocked, since I had not provided documents within 30 days of their first request..."

2. Skrill Account Statement Request
