I have a big cashout that is stuck/processing. I made the cashout on September 1, and on September 4 I received an email saying: “Your withdrawal was returned to us. We'll try again using the same method.

About month ago I made a smaller withdrawal to the same method/address. It was also stuck/problematic for about 2 weeks, but eventually I received the money.

I contacted Reddit support, and they informed me that Neteller rejected my cashout twice and suggested I should make a small deposit using another method and then request a new withdrawal. After I asked a few questions (like whether the funds would return to my balance first, or if the “processing withdrawal” would automatically be redirected to the new deposit method), they only replied: “Your case has already been forwarded to the specialized team, and we also sent a follow-up to ensure it is reviewed as quickly as possible"

Still no resolution, and Im just waiting.
Has anyone made a larger cashout and received it successfully? I see so many complaints on Reddit about stuck withdrawals or account/document verification problems.

-Cashout is “in process” (not back in my balance )

-I contacted Reddit support / Ian Simpson multiple times

-I made a successful withdrawal to the same method about month ago ( was stuck too)

-My documents are fully verified and accepted

I cannot provide a photo of the card because it is digital and available only in the bank's mobile application.

Currently, many banks in Kazakhstan prefer not to issue physical cards and instead provide digital ones.

Red labeled player is a recreational, who got busted. Is such behavior allowed? Other rooms are punishing for that, which is correct. Can you please give us an official statement from 888poker about this issue?

The member was already emailed accordingly, as their withdrawal method via Neteller was rejected multiple times. They need to use another bank from Lithuania. The member can deposit via Visa, Skrill, or another Neteller account.

Black out your eyes, and the personal bits on the ID card, and post a copy of the photo here. If we can read the remaining words, then the Rep can make a good argument on your behalf.

I had the same situation: they wouldn't accept photos of my documents, even though the quality was excellent. They verified the same documents when I sent scanned copies.
