888 also holds my 12k already 4 months. Same situation with new requests, superstrange mail adress ([email protected]), and overall strange activity ( last time i recived duplicated mail . One of them whas okay and it whas a part of my dialogue with support, other one - request of docs, but mistakenly not to that user - they requested data about credit cards that I do not use, proof of address from a country where I am not a resident, and a list of strange requests.
Now I am quite sure that something is wrong, and it's time for all of us to start worrying. I ask those who are public figures or have the ability and a good level of English to create a separate thread where we should ask the poker community to pay attention to this situation. It all increasingly begins to look like a scam.Another key and critical point is the following - anyone who has been asked by 888 to send a full account statement of transactions from Skrill - under no circumstances should you do this. I contacted the Skrill managers and they told me that none of their partners have the right to request such information. I asked them to pay attention to the fact that 888poker is doing this en masse at the moment and is essentially trying to obtain personal information to which they have no legitimate claim.

Well now I got email from operations team to just send my proof of address but the verification system on client still doesn't allow me to do it. When I try to verificate, it still only shows the documentation i have done uploading (ID card) but there ain't any option to upload more documents. Also my home address has changed so it won't match my personal information on the site and it ain't possible to change that either on client nowadays. I sent you my new home address via pm. Is there an email where I could send all this or could you try to resolve this for me please?

can you please ask your management: will they return normal RTP for Play'n'go games ? 91% is way too low comparing to industry standards. Almost the same is with Inspired and Blueprint games. ( 92%)
They should understand that people will play more in future when they win sometimes. And people will play less when they always lose. With such low RTP players have no winning sessions on these games.
As example, my personal experience: i am a big fan on old Reactoonz game. I used to play only this game almost every day, when it was 96.51% RTP. Now when i open it and see 91.49% - i just close the game and don't play at all.
So, on the distance, the normal RTP is win-win for everybody. Players will have more fun (because they are winning sometimes), and they will play more at your casino.

My withdrawal to Skrill has been stuck since August 28. I’ve gone through every possible verification step, sometimes 2–3 times over, and everything was accepted in the end. Yet my cashout is still not being processed.
At this point, I don’t understand why they are holding my money. If this complaint doesn’t get resolved, I’ll have no choice but to escalate it further and file a complaint directly with the Gibraltar regulator.
