[WPN] Deposit / Withdrawal / General Cashier Thread
Now that The Winning Poker Network (WPN) has it's own 2+2 support forum, it should have it's own cashier thread within it! The purpose of this thread is for players to discuss deposit methods, withdrawal methods, withdrawal times, and anything else pertinent to players in regards to this cashier.
The Winning Poker Network consists of a number of sports books and poker rooms who share player liquidity. The most popular operators on 2+2 are America's CardRoom (ACR), Black Chip Poker (BCP), and True Poker (TP).
All of the aforementioned operators/skins use the same "network cashier." Thus ACR, BCP, and TP all have the same options when it comes to deposits and withdrawals. Also, the time frames a player can expect when cashing out are identical. The general support personnel a player interacts with when making a deposit and withdrawal are the same. Etc.

It's getting absolutely ridiculous already. Now I am waiting for 6 days for my next payout and my money are on hold.
They even stopped answering to my emails and sent some automated bullshit message saying "bla-bla-bla... if your dont receive your money in 14 days, write to us".
We are in 2024, I cannot believe that! It's a matter of a single click to authorize the withdrawal, they dont send them in cash with a ship across the ocean!
I even wrote a PM to Phil Nagy in Twitter and of course he doesnt
Dude! Seems like you are the only one crying a river here and everything else has been just getting their payout just fine under 30 mins. So if you are so frustrated with this site maybe you should just stop playing with acr rather than writing 2 posts every 3 days about withdrawals in this thread!

Have you never thought that may be the point of this thread is to share with the community info about the problems related to the thread's title and to apply public pressure to WPN to provide a better service.

Any reason to use crypto to deposit instead of just using a debit/credit card? Things change and I'm wondering if there's any point to this in mid 2024. It doesn't look like you get hit with a huge deposit % by using a debit card anymore.
It just depends how much you want to deposit. I never deposit large amounts, so I always used a Mastercard then withdraw with crypto. Mastercard was the only cedit card that ACR didn't charge a fee. Not sure if that is still the case these days.
They use either short or overcharge my card though. i.e. I deposit $1k, but they charge my card some number that isn't rounded near $1k like 978.23 or 1013.46 etc.
If it was an overcharge, I just e-mail them proof of it, ask for different above the $1k to be added to my ACR account and problem solved.
I'm playing from Australia on ACR and have been since 2018 and never had any issues depositing or withdrawing using Litecoin (LTC) . Money is always in my crypto account within minutes and deposits are into my ACR account within 10-15 minutes if that sometimes. Talking about up to $10k deposits and large withdrawals. Never had any issue

They dont charge VISA with a fee anymore, so it goes the same as Mastercard, incl. the mentioned convertions with various currencies depending on the payment processor you hit randomly.
My preferred method is Luxon Pay - an e-wallet much better than Skrill and with a great customer support. Once you deposit 3K via Luxon, you are up in the VIP level and you are practically not extra charged there.

man thanks for the info that wpn makes the withdraws at sundays and mondays, i waited 4 days and then 2 big withdraws made at this two days as you said, dont give attention to the other guy, whenever i see him writes in the forum its just toxic comments

yes Luxon Pay is fantastic. fast and with 24/7 support that responds in seconds.
it's a pleasant oasis in the world of ewallets: basically neteller was like this more than 20 years ago and so was skrill (moneybookers) until about 10 years ago but now they are a completely different thing...

Every poker site on the planet will eventually ask you for this as some point. I guess you could change your drivers license?

I’m in Colorado. They don’t print a new license, they just put an addendum on the back. It expires next year anyways.
I sent in all the documentation, so hopefully they approve me. I have not heard anything from them yet, but I figure that’s just par for the course.
I should mention that I haven’t played on there for awhile as I just got kinda sick of online poker for awhile and they sent me ten tourney bucks on my birthday last week and I ran it up to $750-ish. I figured I probably needed to deposit in order to get it out so I deposited $25(the lowest amount allowed) via my cash app card. I’ve gone ahead and setup a wallet for BTC so hopefully everything goes smoothly. It’s just aggravating cause chat won’t help at all, and there obviously no one to speak over the phone.

I had no issue with my BTC deposit about 2 hours ago for the bonus.
Happy to report they were able to verify me and process a bitcoin withdraw in the few hours since I made my last post.
I even left a small amount on the site given my positive experience. No if I can just have the patience to grind it up again. Tournaments just take so damn long on there and grinding small stakes cash online is not my favorite thing to do in the world.
Tl;dr- I donked into some money, got pissy cause I thought it was gonna be a huge chore to get it of, and it only took a bit over 24 hours to both verify my account as well as process my withdraw.
My deposit went into my account after about six hours, unlucky variance.

Its been about 8 years since ive used crypto to deposit/withdraw, and back then i got recommended by a few people to go bcp -> a different wallet -> coinbase and vice versa.
My debit/credit card option got disabled because I tried to use an expired card by accident. WPN is requiring a bit of hoop jumping to turn the option back on. Do I really need it if I'm comfortable using bitcoin for deposits? Obviously, I'm never using the debit card for withdrawals.
