Thanks for the update. I played yesterday, same issue. But I’ll play today and update on here. If anyone else had this issue, please update on here and say if the problem is resolved for you as well.

I seem to have been retroactively awarded all my missing levels (+50 levels) as well as reward points (+17k reward points). So I assume the issue has been addressed.

Yea, I got an extra 16k in rewards points magically added to my account today. So they must have fixed it.

Yes, I got 15k points and levels added today as well, which sounds about right. Thank you everyone for immediately springing into action, I’m sure that helped getting this resolved relatively quickly!

twice today been randomly disconnected and then kicked off the tables cuz they "cant verify my location". wtf...

I called support two weeks ago and haven't received a response. I urge everyone to contact support about the bonus.

I haven't received my "gift for you" promo and support has given every false reason why I didn't get it. Even telling me the I do have it. They are useless.

Has anybody actually gotten seven stars just for getting 150k+ tier credits without doing additional slots, table games, sports betting etc?

This was my first year getting 7 star and I got about 144k TC from playing on WSOP. The remaining 7-8k TC was from slots and maybe a very insignificant amount of sports betting on the app (I bet like $5-$10 at a time and mostly have the app to use my monthly free $75 from diamond elite).

I played slots on a 5x multiplier day and put 10k coin in video poker and lost about 1.3k.

I talked directly with a caesars rewards desk person who told me she would push in my application to 7 star and it may take up to a week. 3 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything and walked into the host office at caesars and asked them if I could 1. get a host and 2. if they could push my application through to get 7 star. Guy guessed correctly that I was a poker player and looked at my account on his computer and said he would email the VIP services desk but no guarantees and it sounded very much like he didn't like my chances to get 7 star since they don't really care for poker players. He also told me I wouldn't get my own host since I didnt play any table games or enough slots.

I played a tiny more slots that day at the casino, probably barely 1k coin in and then I went to the rewards desk once more and asked the lady there why my 7 star application process was taking so long. She took my complaint very seriously and kept rushing back and forth to the back office doing some paperwork and after about 10-15 min of me waiting there, she came back and told me she tried her best and it may take 3-4 days to get 7 star approval. I did not mention poker to her at all. I was pretty skeptical but ended up getting 7 star approval the next day so take what you will from that story.

Does the EV of 7 stars actually justify playing slots on 5x days? Or is it just cool to be 7 stars for you?

I think it does for me as long as I can keep my losses under 3k in slots trying to get it.

Stuff 7 stars gets that diamond elite doesn't:

-4 free drinks a day including places like starbucks
-$10 daily food voucher at caesars
-Bahamas trip (i'm prob not gonna use)
-Norwegian cruise (i'm prob not gonna go)
-$1200 airfare that you can convert part of to slot free play
-5 $100 dinner vouchers
-random 7 star events that have giveaways and free plays and food
-monthly sportsbook $150 freebet, its extra $75 per month cos diamond elite gets $75

the $1200 airfare and 5 $100 vouchers expire end of jan of the next year and then reset so technically u get double of these when you get 7 star the first time.

So I'd value the above all at around $3.5k personally in terms of how much of it i'm willing to use and how much $ value I get out of it so I'd be willing to lose up to 3k in slots a year to keep 7 star. There's also the side benefit of being able to tier match your 7 star status to super high levels at other reward programs if that matters at all. I only lost about 1.3k overall in slots trying to get 7 stars and only played slots 2 days so definitely worth it for me this year.

Is cardstrike broke? All tables stuck at 45 hands.

I play on 888 and received mails in Nov and Dec about this promo and it never ran and the software has been very unstable over the last couple of months.

has anyone received caesars tier credits earned from dec play added in jan yet? if not, who would be best to contact you think...caesars rewards desk or wsop cust support? thanks in advance!

Did not get mine yet either, if I recall correctly they were pretty slow last month as well so I’m sure it will turn up.
Calling their phone number is the best bet to ask someone.

I had to contact gaming for my state to get them to actually add the credits I earned to my account after 2 months of them not appearing. I do believe the "standard" date is the 15th of the next month though so might need to wait a few days

So card strike was there the last few days, but didn’t work. Today when I logged in there was a software update to the app, and now card strike is gone completely. Is it gone for you guys as well?

How do you guys keep track of your hands for HUD/tax purposes on this site?

I am thinking about re-joining the site, but their access to hand histories doesn't seem ideal. Nor does it seem like you could request a full month's worth of HH sent to you as a .txt file.

"We can provide one of the following hand history requests per calendar month. Hand history requests must be for hands played at least 30 days prior.
A single hand history ( a specific hand number in either cash or tournament play)
A single event hand history ( all hands from a specific tournament or specific cash game session)
A single day’s hand history (all hands from a specific date)"

You can ask for your years results and they will send you an excel spreadsheet with all the results.
